My mom and I decided to try this place out and were welcomed by, who I'm guessing, is the manager. He we super friendly and talked to us as we were waiting for our order. We ordered 1 strawberry juice, strawberry banana smoothie, milk tea boba, and the taiyakis. The taiyakis were nice and crispy and the drinks were refreshing.
This place is kinda hidden in Costco plaza on Katella, Cypress. Their taiyaki is good, with nutella filling. I got taro tea with boba and it's the worst taro tea boba I've ever had. I had to complain because it had no taste, watered down and boba were not fresh. So it was replaced but the second one was not cold. I'm done with that. The server was very nice and the place is clean. I guess you can try and your experience may be different. Pricey too as their cups are smaller.

This Panda Express location is similar to most except during COVID 19, the menu selection has decrease significantly. The only green vegetable dish available is either the steamed veggies that you can chose instead of rice or broccoli beef. If you are not a beef eater them there is only the steamed veggie choice for you. Will wait until the full menu is available before I return to this location.
