This place provides some of my favorite vices.

The sales rep or general manager looked like he hated his job

I had a rather unpleasant experience with the staff this morning. Both the cashier's unhelpful and sour demeanor and the drink maker's equally unpleasant and dismissive attitude significantly detracted from the service. I recognize that customer service roles are difficult and often involve dealing with challenging individuals, and perhaps they had a difficult start to their day. However, when a customer is polite and respectful, it's reasonable to expect the same in return. Such attitudes suggest that perhaps these roles aren't the best fit for either of them.

You have to preorder to write a message in the birthday cake.

I just wish they would make more pastries! Everything is pretty much sold out by 3pm ! And this place closes at 8pm ! I would think they would want to sell more !??

This is the best asian bakery I've been to. They have the best mochi egg tarts and good coffee w/ boba. Bathrooms available and excellent service. There's a variety of new things to try.

Beautiful ? wish they had one closer to Fullerton again!!!!

This is crowded today. They have promotion when you buy $25 or over they have gift for cilent ( a mug :)

Nice middle ground spot ? fast service, it gets busy when the kids are out from school.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the tantalizing scent of freshly baked goods. The display cases are filled with an impressive array of pastries, from flaky croissants to soft, pillowy buns filled with savory or sweet delights. One of my personal favorites is the famous 85°C Sea Salt Coffee, a rich and creamy beverage with a subtle hint of saltiness that perfectly complements the sweetness of the pastries.
