I had a rather unpleasant experience with the staff this morning. Both the cashier's unhelpful and sour demeanor and the drink maker's equally unpleasant and dismissive attitude significantly detracted from the service. I recognize that customer service roles are difficult and often involve dealing with challenging individuals, and perhaps they had a difficult start to their day. However, when a customer is polite and respectful, it's reasonable to expect the same...
This is the best asian bakery I've been to. They have the best mochi egg tarts and good coffee w/ boba. Bathrooms available and excellent service. There's a variety of new things to try.
Beautiful ? wish they had one closer to Fullerton again!!!!
