This is fast food, and Not an authentic experience. The “signature” potsticker tastes like they come out of a frozen Trader Joes bag, and the noodles and wantons are overpriced for what they are. The wanton soup was the highlight of my meal, and im pretty sure thats thanks to the msg.

The menu is hard to decipher for first timers. The staff also doesnt know how to explain. Theres no pictures for many of the noodle dishes.

This location probably has the best deals around the area, but all of them are only available in-person. The interior could benefit from some clean up tho.

I really wanted to love this new dumpling spot, but it really missed the mark. We ordered the signature noodles and they were bland. The signature dumplings were mostly tasteless, sort of “meh”. The signature potstickers we pretty decent. The one shining spot was the order of crispy wontons. Those we really enjoyed. Now, staff and atmosphere. When we walked in the place was empty. Not a single customer. Also, not a single clean table. Even when we got someone to clean a table, the tabletops are sticky. It makes no sense for a brand new business to have sticky tables. We mentioned it, and the staff just said, they are just like that. We asked for suggestions when ordering and the staff were remarkably unable to describe the dishes. It’s a simple menu and they couldn’t describe the dishes or make a recommendation. Big fail. They need to close the doors, refinish the tables and add the proper varnish. Then educate the staff. Have a tasting with them. Teach them to talk about the food. They are courteous enough, they just don’t have much to work with.

Grab quick lunch with my friends here and it’s not disappointing. We tried so many things because we cannot decide!! They offer so many great combo and afternoon special with good price!!
We got the potstickers which are so juicy inside and crispy outside. The meat is so flavorful and delicious.
We also like the noodles. It’s pretty good portion and the noodles cook al dente. The sauce is light but you can always add soy sauce and chili oil.
The staff is knowledgeable and nice. The service is kinda slow but it still tolerable.
Recommend for quick Chinese lunch break!!

The staff Brittney is always rude. when I realize she working I'll leave or make sure she has nothing to do with my order. I asked for my meat from the pork chop with braised too be cut smaller sizes. Brittney states if corporate see your plate online then will yell at us. I usually aswell as coworkers go into the city of industry location about three times a week.

Super slow service. After more than 30 minutes from ordering and paying, still no sign of my food. They are fully staffed as well. Don't come if you're in a hurry... Or very hungry.

Great place for some yummy, cheap food. I was pleasantly surprised today by their $11“Afternoon Special,” so I’ll definitely keep the hours in mind next time I want to eat there.

Bafang Cypress is a great ad a go-to for quick, satisfying potstickers. Online ordering is super easy. it’s just a few taps and I can even preschedule pick up time. The pan-fried dumplings are always crispy and juicy, and the new pork chop rice? Surprisingly legit. It’s well-seasoned and hits the comfort food spot. Great for a fast lunch or takeout dinner.

First timer to Bafang Dumpling and we enjoyed our three lunch specials $11 each;#1, #4 and #5. The Bafang Dumplings have pork and cabbage filling. They are steamed. The potstickers have the same ingredients and are pan fried. With beef dry noodles and hot n sour soup were part of our order. Over all we enjoyed our meal and valued it's pricing

People were friendly, food was excellent. Corn and chicken dumplings surprised me and my wife, they were really damn good. Rice paper is ridiculously soft and perfectly cooked. Pork and kimchi was also really tasty, not too spicy tho. We didn't try Veggie because plant based meat doesn't appeal to us, but I'm sure those are flavorful too after trying the other 2. Coming back to try the potstickers sooner than later istg

chowed down on their big bowl of red-cooked beef noodles - it was outstanding 15* Michelin rating in my book. sure beats the hell outta my own cooking, something about the broth that makes it pure delish... and the amount of beef and cartilage is tremendous, i always have leftovers for the next day. i should ask for a take-out order of their broth and beef and i will cook my own noodles and add my own veg, and it would be just as delish.... unfortunately, i don't think they have any bafangs in norcal where i reside, bummer... maybe someday... i know they're famous for their dumplings but i like their beef/noodles way more, very filling and ultra yummy for the tummy!

Soulless, flavorless, corporate convenience store quality food served at a higher price. Take your money and go somewhere more authentic. This food was worse than a ghost kitchen off uber eats. Very disappointed.
