Baskin Robbins Cypress is Baaaaccckkkk!! And better than ever they completely remodeled and it looks great. Met the new owners tonight and they are great and very friendly. The ice cream doesn’t need a review duh it’s 31 flavors and they are delicious!!

I visited Baskin Robbins recently because I’m pregnant and, well, ice cream was calling my name (loudly). I was a little overwhelmed trying to pick just one flavor—because let’s face it, pregnancy cravings don’t do well with limits. Thankfully, Alexa and Seriah were total lifesavers. They were so patient with my indecisiveness and even suggested the ice cream flight when I couldn’t narrow it down—because why pick one when you can have several, right? These two were the absolute sweetest (pun intended), and their service was top-notch. Highly recommend coming here—especially if your cravings are as bossy as mine!
Rude, awful service. Asked about the price on the regular cone, cone only no ice cream and she seemed annoyed. I had to ask for napkins because there is no dispenser for customers and then proceeded to give me 3 both times I asked. I purchased 3 cones for a little over $19. How can they not have a napkin dispenser at an ice cream shop? I have young children who will need napkins. Ridiculous. I should have just gone to cold stone

There's a young girl at the register at 8:50 saying the store was closed with about 5 people inside and she turned us away. The store is marked as open till 10 pm on Google as well as on the door of this location. Management needs to know she's closing 1 hr early and turned away about 10 people including me and my friends

My wife dropped by Baskin-Robbins at 6895 Katella in Cypress today. The young girl behind the counter told her "I'm sorry, you'll have to come back later. My friend and I are going to Starbucks". My wife thought she was kidding at first, but her snooty friend told her to just tell my wife to leave and come back after they get their coffee. Does the owner of that store see this page? Shameful that you have employees turning away customers so they can go for a coffee. Customer is no longer first?
