Rude, awful service. Asked about the price on the regular cone, cone only no ice cream and she seemed annoyed. I had to ask for napkins because there is no dispenser for customers and then proceeded to give me 3 both times I asked. I purchased 3 cones for a little over $19. How can they not have a napkin dispenser at an ice cream shop? I have young children who will need napkins. Ridiculous. I should have just gone to cold stone

There's a young girl at the register at 8:50 saying the store was closed with about 5 people inside and she turned us away. The store is marked as open till 10 pm on Google as well as on the door of this location. Management needs to know she's closing 1 hr early and turned away about 10 people including me and my friends

My wife dropped by Baskin-Robbins at 6895 Katella in Cypress today. The young girl behind the counter told her "I'm sorry, you'll have to come back later. My friend and I are going to Starbucks". My wife thought she was kidding at first, but her snooty friend told her to just tell my wife to leave and come back after they get their coffee. Does the owner of that store see this page? Shameful that you have employees turning away customers so they can go for a coffee. Customer is no longer first?

My wife dropped by Baskin-Robbins at 6895 Katella in Cypress today. The young girl behind the counter told her "I'm sorry, you'll have to come back later. My friend and I are going to Starbucks". My wife thought she was kidding at first, but her snooty friend told her to just tell my wife to leave and come back after they get their coffee. Does the owner of that store see this page? Don’t go to this location!!! Service was horrible. Not clean & bug on my cake! After waiting forever for the worker to write “happy birthday” on the cake (he stopped mid way to take a long phone order & by this time there was 4 different families waiting which he never acknowledged) once I got the cake I went to the car & my husband (the birthday boy) saw there was a dead bug in the middle of the cake. I immediately went back inside & the worker offered to remove the bug and give me the same cake back. He wasn’t even surprised about the bug & not apologetic. Disgusting !!!! Sadly that was the last Oreo cake in that size. I had to get a smaller cake which was too small. I didn’t even get writing on it because of the many many people waiting & I had already been in the store over 15 min. I contacted corporate to advise them of this experience and they could care less. They said a manager would contact me but never did.

The girl working today aug 7 @4:15 was so sweet and helpful I was advised to get wild sorbet over watermelon sorbet and glad I listened to her it’s my top fav now !!!! Great customer service !!!

Should really update your hours if you guys are gonna close 30 minutes before said time or maybe hire employees who don’t hate their job?? I work in food service so I understand wanting to just go home but saying your closed 30 minutes before closing time? We can still see you through the window so it’s pretty obvious how upset or annoyed this employee looked and they weren’t even doing anything other than just standing. Open light still on and doors open but they’re closed at 9:30?? I don’t know make it make sense so I don’t have to be a Karen over ice cream.
$46 for a small icecream cake? That's insane. Is best to go to Porto's and pay $28 for a better cake.
