Went and ordered 1 shake and 1 sundae. My credit card apparently got declined twice (which I had just used 5 minutes before)I told her I would get another card from my husband who had to drive there since I had no cash on me.she was very unfriendly and just kept saying it got declined.By the way our ice cream was sitting out and melting in this 30 minute time. A customer came in and had a preorder ice cream cake. She went to pay and it got declined as well. Apparently the whole system was down. The customer had to show her how to reboot the system which took a bit.. She ended up paying cash which I didn’t have. System came back up for me to pay. I never got a sorry or even a slight discount after 30 minutes. I’m not sure what happen to customer service because I was not treated right. I know her name but would not want to post but she made feel awful and very embarrassed

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Farrah did an absolute phenomenal job with my daughter's Mamma Mia themed birthday cake and was very attentive to all the details I asked for! Kaushur and Alicia are two of the most hard-working and professional ladies, they've not only remembered my entire families orders but they've always made it a point to be kind and welcoming EVERY TIME!! If you're ever in the area and craving a sweet treat pay these wonderful ladies a visit!! Thank you!

I've been coming to Baskin-Robin's for some time now and never had an issue with their service, but today as me and my son walked into their business, one of their employees walked ahead of us (coming back from his break I guess) went right over to help us, without washing HIS hands, that's was not ok, I usually don't complain right on the spot because I don't want them to feel humiliated in front of other customers or their fellow employees. He needs to focus.

I ordered the most amazing heart shaped birthday cake. Beautiful and yummy. I bought the largest one ( for 10-12 ppl) and could easily feed 15 people. They have excellent customer service and made sure I was able to make the changes needed to the cake.

Baskin- robins at 9:40pm it already closed up the location while it's post to close up at 10pm dark inside I'm going call going to call corporate and let them know what's going on

Love this Baskin-Robbins location! It's conventiently located in the corner with lots of parking. Great customer service and lots of flavors and drinks to choose from the menu. My kids love going here and each time we go the staff members are always patient and nice!
