I've been coming to Baskin-Robin's for some time now and never had an issue with their service, but today as me and my son walked into their business, one of their employees walked ahead of us (coming back from his break I guess) went right over to help us, without washing HIS hands, that's was not ok, I usually don't complain right on the spot because I don't want them to feel humiliated in front of other customers or their fellow employees. I ordered the most amazing heart shaped birthday cake. Beautiful and yummy. I bought the largest one ( for 10-12 ppl) and could easily feed 15 people. They have excellent customer service and made sure I was able to make the changes needed to the cake.
