Look what I got for 19 dollars. Literally a snack. There was maybe 10 fries. And 6 of the smallest chicken wings. I'm traumatized. Yoi work so hard for your money and and hear how great this place is and end up with a snack. I'd I wasn't late for work I would have asked fir my money back.

REVIEW AFTER NEW OWNERSHIP - this place has gone downhill fast. We've given it a try several times but may not be returning. Their bbq fried chicken is still decent but quality and preparations have gone down they no longer honor the frequent guest cards for redemption. This is one easy way to turn loyal customers away. Getting past that, what was once great service is now horrible! After multiple bad experiences, I'd rather drive to Buena Park than give them my money. What once used to be a full dining room is now empty - Sure sign of a poorly managed establishment.

Since it first opened, I've frequented this place often because it's close to home. But today, the seasoned chicken was too spicy. I mentioned that it was very spicy, and they told me it's supposed to be like that. It's not my first time eating it; I've been a customer for years, even though the owner has changed several times. I've continued to visit about once a month, but I don't think I'll be doing that this time. For the first time, I'm leaving a review. I won't mention the place and business name, but there are plenty of other places with delicious food and friendly service, so I'm leaving this review.

I dont know if the owner changed recently, but they are charging more than other locations and also started to charge for the radish. Go to the Buena Park location instead for complimentary radish while getting menu items for cheaper.

This location is dead at dinnertime on a friday night. They should be cheaper to get customers in, not charge more for small things like radish. Bad owner, bad management.
