They make good coffee and they are very consistent. I usually get the blk VTM ice coffee and that is always good. Their breakfast is also very good and tasty. Their service has always been good to me and my family. This is my goto coffee place.

I just paid $7+ for 2 sips of Matcha and a bunch of ice.

Terrible service. I wait 15-20 min for a black coffee each time and i don’t get it because they have 4 people in there working. Coffee tastes great but not worth the price eg. hockey puck sized bagel sandwich that is microwaved $13 - and still takes 20 min to make.

***Update**** I finally snagged a pic before I mixed it! One of the best coffees I have ever had in my life! My absolute favorite it the Iced Neapolitan VTM, tastes just like the ice cream. If you like Neapolitan, you will love this coffee.

there's a strong bitter edge to the classic vietnamese coffee, but it still has that rich, velvety-smooth flavour. super condensed, super bold, so it's really made for slow sippers [the light vietnamese coffee option can be for those who chug their drinks]. very helpful staff too, it's just that there's limited seating; good spot to grab a drink to browse the trader joe's next door 🛒

I love the coffee here, having tried many different kinds. I’d personally recommend going more in the afternoon, as the afternoon crew are the sweetest people and always go the extra mile making your drinks

Good coffee but the lids are trash. Be careful or you will end up wearing your coffee. The lids don’t seal to the cup and will spill from the gap.

Ordered a cold brew light ice. They said there would be room in the cup or I had to pay extra to fill it up. Charging for ice is ridiculous gtfoh
Service was great and there's a lot of space + free wifi. Music is a little loud. Vietnamese coffee was sweet and strong. The matcha in my VTMatcha, however, was very clumpy :( Would stick to their coffee or other teas. Service takes a bit of time, too.

I walked in and went to the cashier, who was a beanie-wearing guy with a septum piercing. He didn’t greet me; instead, he just stood there and stared blankly at the floor behind me. I asked how he was, but he still had a plain look on his face. I ordered two bagels and a drink and waited for 15 minutes for my food. There were hardly any customers there—only three people who had already received their orders.
During my wait, the cashier went into the kitchen to talk to the cook, a tall, lanky guy with curly hair. The cook seemed to be just wasting time; at one point, I think he even looked at me and flexed. I eventually had to leave to take care of my newborn at home, so I asked for a refund. The cashier then called out to the cook to stop making my bagels since they hadn’t even started making my order yet. Given that there were only two other customers who had already received their orders, this was very disappointing. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back here.
