I work in customer service, and specifically in food. I genuinely do not understand how places like this still stand with such horrible service. I walked in and stood there for five minutes before I had to say "Hi how are you!" with then the girl reponds "Hi" and then I proceeded to have to ask her if she was ready for me to order. Mind you, I am alone and the only customer in the place. I was so excited to support a small local business, unfortunately this place is clearly just poorly managed with employees who do not wish to be there. Like I said, as someone who works in food service, I find it extremely important and valuable to my company to treat each guest with a smile and positivity and warm welcomes. Do not recommend stopping by, Einstein or JT's down the street are both much better.

The worst presentation I’ve ever experienced at this place. Brown avocado? I love their CCAT but today I was very, very disappointed to say the least, and to think I paid for this?

Summary: cozy place, easy parking, reasonable price, delicious bagels, friendly staff, would come backI decided to visit this place based on a friend's recommendation of their bagels. As soon as you enter, you will see a display of bagels (baked freshly), next to the cream cheese selections and the cashier station. My order consisted of Jalapeno Cheese, Cheese, Spinach Parmesan, and Chocolate bagels. I also purchased 2 oz containers of chive cream cheese and strawberry cream cheese.Among these choices, my standout favorite undoubtedly was the Jalapeno Cheese bagel. Its subtle spiciness and rich cheese aroma made for a perfect combination. The chive cream cheese really does give a boost to the bagel flavor. Meanwhile, the Chocolate bagel was a hit with my children, who savored it alongside the delightful strawberry cream cheese. The Cheese and Spinach Parmesan bagels are pretty much standard.Arriving around 8 AM, I found no trouble securing parking right in front of the store. The morning staff were very friendly, and answered all questions I had. Through conversation, I learned that in addition to their 16oz and 8oz standard cream cheese containers, they also offered the small 2oz, which worked better for me.

I ordered a side of bacon and got the equivalent of 1 in half slices. Very disappointed. Happy to pay more for a decent side; just thought the portion was stingy.

It was my first time trying this place out and it was good. The jalapeño cream cheese was great with just the right kick on my plain bagel. The white chocolate mocha I had was very good as well. I had to wait a bit long for my order but it was quite busy and the 2 person crew really had their hands full doing multiple things so I understand.

The bagel was decent but i highly advise DO NOT get any breakfast bagel or anything with bacon, the bacon is not fresh and it looks like it's been microwaved. I was highly Disappointed. Especially after the girl at the register told they made it fresh. This place was notGood.

Every time I've been there has been no line and a short wait time for my food. Coffee isn't to my taste, but the bagels are SO GOOD! Decent price for what you get. I've been getting the veggie breakfast bagel sandwich, and it's jam-packed.

I ordered the Spicy Ham a Peño. It comes with ham but I substitute it for sausage. Recommend if you like spicy around $10 total. Bakers dozen with 2 cream cheese was $30.71 with tax. I recommend the cheddar jalapeño bagel!!!!

Great little breakfast spot when you want something filling while still being lite, without sacrificing good flavor. This is definitely a great weekend spot for The early birds. Been wanting to try this place for a while I'm glad I finally made a point to do so.My personal favorite is these jalapeno cream cheese bagel as a base for their breakfast sandwiches.Recently we went and got the three little pigs and the spicy ham-a-peno breakfast sandwiches. They're great I would recommend any of their sandwiches on the breakfast menu.
