Borracho Tacos Catering Service

We hired Borracho Tacos for catering for my son’s birthday party and now I’m wishing my son’s birthday was everyday because I need more of those tacos!
Set up and take down were done in a timely manner and was very organized. Communication was great as well in regards to booking/questions. My questions were always answered promptly.
Erika was very personable and friendly while serving all of my friends and family.
Now for the food itself, absolutely amazing, some of the best tacos I’ve ever had and all of my guests raved about the food too!
I would definitely recommended Borracho Tacos for your next event and will go on to say that my friends and family now want to use them too!

Used Borracho Tacos a few times in the past so we were going to be returning customers, sent two emails for a quote for upcoming graduation party and nobody ever got back to us. We will definitely be recommending the new taco company that returned our email. The emails we sent were two weeks ago and still no response. Very disappointed.

On 10/27/17, we booked Borracho Tacos for my husband's birthday party. John was our cook, and besides he showed up late and did not have any of the extra cheese that we paid for, it was an amazing dinner party. He was wonderful and the food was delicious. We contact Borracho again to book another party for 12/23/17 for my daughter's softball team and requested John again. We negotiated the price and came to a fair number due to the mishap of being late and not even cheese from the previous event and that we were a repeat customer and booked the party. Our credit card was charged accordingly. A couple days before the event, we asked if we could increase the number by 5 more people, and negotiated on a new price. Our credit card was just to be charged for the additional 5 people. Instead it was charged the entire amount again plus the extra 5 people. I emailed and they assured me it would be taken care of, and the extra could be used for the tip and the remainder would be refunded back to me. Instead, nothing was refunded back to me, my card was charged over $500 more than it was supposed to be and here it is 5 MONTHS later and I have not been refunded. I have contacted Borracho via phone and email no short of 30 times and every time I am told something different. Once it was, "a check has already been mailed to your house" and next, "it will be posted to your same credit card within the next 2-3 business days", and then, "accounting is processing it right now", and for the last 2 weeks it has been radio silence with not one return email or phone call. I am very disappointed because the food is delicious and both cooks we have had in the past were wonderful and we had such a good time. Unfortunately, the business and accounting department have absolutely ruined it for us now. We were going to use them for our quarterly office events but with a 5 month delay on over $1,000 refund, I cannot do business with someone who operates this way. I would like the entire balance of $1,111.97 charged to my credit card refunded back immediately. I would like an apology for the lack of response and an explanation for the horrible service. I really am hoping there was just employee issues and management has resolved it and it will never happen again because we really did enjoy working with this company and the food was so good. However, there is obviously something majorly not good anymore! So disappointing!

I seriously cannot think of a place that has better tacos at this time.
