This is a message to the owner. Im not sure why they treat it like this and it is really unfair. Ive been here since ages but they recently stop serving even if 5 min left. Asked for banana split and said no saying there is only 5 min left and technically there were 8 min left. It doesn't matter if there were 5 or 8 min left, the point is that there was still time left, and they denied our request. We drove all the way to have ice cream with our kids, not to hear no to our order, especially not before closing time. It used to be an amazing ice cream store. Look what has happened to it!

I love the ice cream that Bruster's serves, however it it disappointing to show up to a dark, empty Bruster's 30 minutes before the posted closing time. It has occurred multiple times where the posted closing time does not align with the time the ice cream shop is actually closed. I would appreciate consistency or even an update on the hours of operation. I hate getting excited for ice cream, driving to the location, and then coming home empty handed

I got a scoop of death by chocolate on a cone. The ice cream was wayyy to soft. I even asked the cashier if it was supposed to be like that and he said, “yeah, that’s just the consistency.” Well, I will not be eating that again. I’ll stick to HANDEL’s for my ice cream indulgences. Much better quality.

We were really happy to visit tonight. Death by Chocolate is my favorite. Wifey had Chocolate Peanut Butter with buckeyes.We moved out of the area, missed the ice cream here.We highly recommend this.

I got to Bruster's at 8:42Pm and they were busy. By the time I got to the window it was 9:06PM and the employee told me since it was after closing I couldn't order anything but cups or cones. Why didn't she make this announcement while the 10 guests were waiting in line? If I had known I would have just gone to Dairy Queen. Plus they're open later and probably get a bulk of the business because of this. Won't be back I rather wait another 15 minutes for my ice cream order at another business than give Bruster's my money.

My family and I love going here for a tasty ice cream treat ? the Graham Central Station ice cream flavor is our absolute favorite!! Can't find anything like it anywhere but Bruster's!Also the employees were so friendly and cheerful as well.
First time coming right here the menu is remarkable have a lot variety yet they mess up my order they give me the same ice cream but I order different flavor they need to educate the workers right there.

Small corner unit, two service windows street facing. Quick window service and usually friendly youngsters taking orders and prepping items. Ice cream is deeelish and freshly churned, not burned or funky. Best part it's made to order

Really good ice cream. The portions are huge!!! We ordered my three year old a child's cone and there was enough ice cream to keep her wired on sugar for hours. The portion was definitely large enough for an adult. In fact, my wife ordered a child's cone too and it was enough to satisfy her sweet tooth. We got my daughter the chocolate chip cookie dough and my wife had the banana cream pie. I'm not a huge ice cream fan, but I tried both and they were good. Very sweet and creamy. FYI, there is NO inside seating available at this location. You place order and pick it up at the walk up window. If you have small children, plan on them having to eat the ice cream standing outside or in your car.
