Tonight I reached at 8:45pm to buy some food burger boss place, door was locked already. One of the employee came out I think his name was Hursh and he said we already closed, I mentioned him your business hours says 9:00pm . But he said no you came on closing time so we can't do any thing, I remind him again your business hours says closed at 9:00 still 15 more minutes left. He was start arguing with me, in that case business owner should change the time for there customer not to waste other people time. And employee should behave there customer.

Come to this grassfed and natural meat burger place!Today I picked:1. Turkey burger2. Fries3. CokeThis burger chain is very different than other fast food chains. All the ingredients are fresh and comes from the freshest. All the fresh ingredients make me feel healthier even though I was eating fast food. Quick service and casual sporty ambiance.

besides charging a dollar extra for a slice cheese, they have a massive fly infestation in their drinks machine, you can visibly see the flies fly around the machine, and if you use the machine to try to get a drink, multiple flies will be in your drink. an employee told us that there was a fly problem AFTER we showed her the flies in the drink. unacceptable!

I Honestly love this place, if there's one in the area I'll always suggest it. Their fries are 2nd only to Del Tacos fries which just can't be beat. I miss their grilled chicken burger but otherwise the portions and topping never fail.Kid-friendliness: We found there were plenty of choices to where our daughter could sit and enjoy a meal as well. I forgot what we ordered for her but she tore into the meal and left nothing behind.

Hello, I work in the food industry -ironically at Five Guys Burgers and Fries.I’m a huge burger fan and really wanted to try out Burger Boss.I pulled up roughly around 8:30 ( 30 minutes before closing ) right in the front of the burger joint. As soon as I was getting out of my car to fulfill my burger craving to see that an employee ran to the door to lock it before we could enter the building. It’s a shame to see that business hours are 11 am - 9 pm and to pull up to see an early closure without reasoning.I’m very disappointed, you guys could’ve had a new customer but turned us away to close half an hour early. Like the 30 minutes make a difference):I would’ve never done that to my customers!

This place is very clean, the staff is always friendly. I prefer this burger place as any when it comes to building my own burger. The combos are good. Staff is always good, they seem to have an appreciation toward everyone coming thru that door.
Came here on the 22nd with my family and was interested in the place because it was halal. Grass fed doesn’t immediately mean good burgers, and it showed, the burgers tasted like pure black pepper and was dry. I ordered a double, and had to remove a patty , I’ve never had to do that ever. The issue wasn’t only with the food though, and I would’ve gave 4 stars if it was just the food because I want y’all to succeed. However, the manager or owner there was berating the two employees; and we could hear all of it, my kids heard it too. You can’t run an establishment like this, the two employees were really nice and helpful, so it was weird seeing them be talked to like that, infront of customers.

The food was really good. Customized burgers with lots of variations of proteins, cheeses, toppings and sauces. The price isn't super cheap, it was about $80 for our food, granted we got some extras but it was about $20 a person. The beef Pattys are good. Wasn't overdone or dry. Perfectly cooked and juicy. The toppings were all fresh and the presentation was good. My burger and fries both had eggs on them so they were a mess like I like. They have standard fountain drinks, tea ect and a healthier natural soda selection which are all really good. The space inside isn't huge, maybe seats 40 people or so, has both booths and tables and two clean unisex bathrooms. One thing they don't have is regular bacon, they have turkey bacon, but that's it. When I asked about this, the man at register told me turkey bacons better. I said maybe its better for you and laughed, and he told me I was wrong and that its just better altogether. I felt he was kind of rude about it and its a matter of opinion. It rubbed me the wrong way. They also had football going on on a tv on the wall and two of the employees were standing behind us watching and being rather loud following the plays while we were eating. Other than that everything was great. Good food and great atmosphere. If your looking for custom, great tasting burgers then this is a good spot.

We had been wanting to come here for a long time to try the grass fed burgers and this place did not at all disappoint. The pureness of juiciness and flavor in the beef were enough to make this the best tasting burger I have ever had. I know thats bold to say , but its true. I got a lettuce wrapped burger... maybe that helped my experience, but my husband who got the wheat bun felt the same way about his burger. The customization options are just the cherry on top with a good variety of toppings, sauces, and cheeses. Also the sweet potato fries were excellent. At first I thought they looked a little over done, but I was impressed that the ratio of crispy outside to soft inside was again, perfect. Cant wait to come back.
