AVOID THIS LOCATION. Employee tried to intimidate my wife and yelled at her because he did not want to serve her 15 minutes before closing. She was going to order basic items that were already prepared and probably would’ve been thrown away after they closed. Filed a complaint with corporate and requested a call back. Still waiting for their call. This location is terrible. It’s close to my home and this is not the only bad experience I’ve had here.

First off my burrito fell apart and second the rice today had about 3x the normal garlic flavor. CHIPOTLE HAS FALLEN OFF!!

Chipotle has become one of my favorite spots for a quick and reliable meal. My go-to order is the Sofrita Burrito Bowl, and it never disappoints. The flavors are great, the portions are solid, and it always hits the spot when I’m on the go.
There’s nothing particularly special about the ambiance — it’s simple and straightforward — but the restaurant is consistently clean. The employees are friendly, and the customer service is pretty good, which makes the experience even better.
Overall, Chipotle is a dependable choice for a tasty, fast, and satisfying meal. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
Beware of the cheap container they put your food in. I ordered a bowl tonight, drove 13 minutes back to my hotel. Lift the bag up and walked up the stairs. My entire bowl soaked through the bag and the container. Everything landed on the hotel ground. Which was a mess to clean up. Tried contacting the store to see what they could do. Unfortunately goes to customer service who wouldn't do anything without a receipt. I tried asking if they can looking the account up with the barcode I scanned in stores. Kept saying all the information I provided was not found in the system. Yet wanted me to stick my hand in a public garbage can to retrieve it. Yeah that'll be a no. Lost a customer for life. Make better packaging.

I’m unsure WHY when these employees are having a bad day, they take it out on the customer. I’m extremely polite and hoping I’m able to just place a smile on their face but that’s a WASTE OF MY TIME!! The tables are always filthy and as prices increase the portion size decrease.
Its always nice when I walk in and the staff there recognizes me and remembers what i ordered last time. they are all hard working and friendly

One of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve ever been to.
The rice was overly sticky, and it felt like they had no idea how to properly assemble the bowl. Everything was just thrown together without care. Really disappointing experience.

If I could I would give this place a 0 star. Ordered a burrito and a bowl plus chips and small drink paid about 45$ the burrito I got was wrapped completely wrong, all the ingredients were spilling out, shout out to the staff for re-making it but it was made in a rush and portions were much smaller than the original so it was a fail. Don’t go to chipotle not just this this location but all of them.

We went there on this past Sunday I wanted a burrito from a Chipotle restaurant I've been to the one in Fullerton which was actually pretty good so I figured I'd try a different one this one is more like a pickup only sitting here is very limited and very dirty I don't think they wipe down their tables very often. So I wanted to go to Chipotle because of their burritos and my wife got a burrito and she asked for the meat and the beans and rice on the side and they put the rice in the burrito and the beans on the side and I asked why didn't you tell the person who wasn't really paying attention to your order she said she didn't want to bother them that is not a big deal even though I know she doesn't like rice in her burrito! The second thing was I ordered the chicken honey glazed bowl which you see a picture of it on the wall and you tell them I want that just like that and they said we don't know how to do that so I had to tell them what to put on it Chipotle as a restaurant if they advertise a certain meal they should make sure that their employees know how to make it especially if you advertise it as a picture on the wall it's just like subway you see a sandwich on the wall the way it's advertised and you tell them you want it just like that and sometimes they know how it doesn't make sense, so the honey glazed chicken bowl was ok I don't think I'll go to this restaurant again possibly maybe in 5 years next I'm going to let corporate know as well so they're aware of what their customers are asking for!
And do I have a recommendation for food here at this location not one!
