One of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve ever been to. The rice was overly sticky, and it felt like they had no idea how to properly assemble the bowl. Everything was just thrown together without care. Really disappointing experience.

If I could I would give this place a 0 star. Ordered a burrito and a bowl plus chips and small drink paid about 45$ the burrito I got was wrapped completely wrong, all the ingredients were spilling out, shout out to the staff for re-making it but it was made in a rush and portions were much smaller than the original so it was a fail. Don’t go to chipotle not just this this location but all of them.

We went there on this past Sunday I wanted a burrito from a Chipotle restaurant I've been to the one in Fullerton which was actually pretty good so I figured I'd try a different one this one is more like a pickup only sitting here is very limited and very dirty I don't think they wipe down their tables very often. So I wanted to go to Chipotle because of their burritos and my wife got a burrito and she asked for the meat and the beans and rice on the side and they put the rice in the burrito and the beans on the side and I asked why didn't you tell the person who wasn't really paying attention to your order she said she didn't want to bother them that is not a big deal even though I know she doesn't like rice in her burrito! The second thing was I ordered the chicken honey glazed bowl which you see a picture of it on the wall and you tell them I want that just like that and they said we don't know how to do that so I had to tell them what to put on it Chipotle as a restaurant if they advertise a certain meal they should make sure that their employees know how to make it especially if you advertise it as a picture on the wall it's just like subway you see a sandwich on the wall the way it's advertised and you tell them you want it just like that and sometimes they know how it doesn't make sense, so the honey glazed chicken bowl was ok I don't think I'll go to this restaurant again possibly maybe in 5 years next I'm going to let corporate know as well so they're aware of what their customers are asking for!
And do I have a recommendation for food here at this location not one!

I don’t want to leave a really bad review, but this place doesn’t even deserve one star. I’m not sure if they need more staff or if the work distribution is just poorly managed. One time, no one took my order, so I just left.
Today, once again, everyone seemed too busy to help, and I had to stand and wait for a long time. None of the tables were cleaned, and the floor and trash bins were full of garbage. There were no napkins, and the most shocking part was that there were no forks. When I asked for a fork, they said they didn’t have any. When I asked how I was supposed to eat, they said they didn’t know—maybe with a spoon.
I was completely stunned. Who is managing this place? Looking at recent reviews, there have been similar complaints for months, yet nothing has been improved. It’s honestly unbelievable.

The truth is, I think the cooks have no idea, they don't care about the quality of the food, I have stopped visiting this business, the quality has gone down, the food, the serving staff is dirty, they don't wash their hands to serve the food, I have worked as a cook, as a result of food safety regulations, we must wash our hands every time we handle food.
Food was ok. The place is cold and feels dumpy. Needs much work and not kept clean

Bro do NOT come to this chipotle. If I could give it no stars I would. It is such a mess. Trash is overflowing. None of the lemonades are stocked. The chicken in my burrito was pink. It's absolutely horrid disgusting in this place. I took one bite of my burrito and threw it in the trash. They need new staff for sure. Everybody in here today needs to be fired pronto

Food quantity is very less . I dont eat lactose so asked little more of veggies and meat as it was less than half a scoop . but they were like this is all we can give. Even one scoop if it falls more into the bowl they scoop it out of the bowl and put it back into the tray ! . They treat you like they are giving free food !

Gave this location multiple chances. Normally all been small annoying things until tonight. Wasted points on overcooked inedible chips and got a piece of raw steak that made me pick every piece of steak of cooked or not. 100% done with this chipotle and maybe chipotle in general bc this was the final straw
