I came in today for the first time, I usually always order online and I had seen a TikTok with a burrito bowl I wanted to try out so that was my plan, however the person working the serving part made me feel so stupid simply cause I wasn’t too sure how everything worked since it was my first time, anytime I told her something her body language kept getting worse and worse and she kept doing these exaggerated eye rolls that she’d do with her body, she’d be looking over to her coworker and then looking back at me every time I was adding something, I got charged double for a meat I did not get double of, and the worst part was that this was to break my fast for Ramadan, it is 11pm and I still haven’t felt good enough to eat after my experience, the final part that just made everything worse was that I forgot to mention a tortilla on the side and she did the biggest eye and body shrug just for asking for a tortilla , seriously it wasn’t busy before I ordered and wasn’t busy after but what did I do wrong just trying to ask for a simple meal and being treated like that

I go to this chipotle about 2 to 4x per month and I order the same ingredients in my burrito bowl every single time. I used to be really happy with this branch but lately they've been very inconsistent. Like my food is on the sour side as they put too much lime somewhere or the serving size is less than what I usually get or the mess up the rewards by charging me for something I should've gotten for free or a server being rude to my wife because she likes her burrito bowl a certain way. Lately I've also noticed that the cut of steak is smaller than before. Not sure if it's only at this branch or a nationwide thing. Anyway, I love chipotle and I want this branch to do better.

So I ordered from here to pick up, and once I got home there was no meat. I tried to call to see what they could do about this but when you call it only lets you place an order not speak to a live person. Sincerely , it's 8:30pm and no dinner

The staff here is amazing always quick on the prep and the line and very accommodating and friendly. The food is great I love their pick and the watermelon limeade is delicious!! Extra thank you to the staff because I am here all the time and they are always great! This is my favorite location

The workers here are rude for absolutely no reason and have major attitude. I had multiple people in my party getting different orders but the first worker in the assembly line wanted to know what everyone wanted in their bowls. Like how am I supposed to know what everyone wants? Just do one persons order at a time. You guys need to train your personnel with common sense and basic customer service skills.
