I was craving fried chicken and really didn't know where to go. Tried here for the first time and pleasantly surprised. Although, I thought the pieces could have been larger, the crust was excellent. I ate the salad, fruit, 1 piece of the chicken and a few fries. Took the leftovers home which reheated very nicely in my airfryer. Lots of items on the menu. Will definitely go back when in the area.

Very eclectic decor, but the service was pleasant and food great. Pancakes were not only fluffy and flavorful, they were piping hot with Nutella and strawberries, awesome! Spinach omelet was perfect.

Had an excellent breakfast here with my family. My aunt treated us, as we were visiting from NY and it really is hard to find diners like this! Coffee was good, food was good, service was great, definitely a spot I'm looking forward to visit again! I'll be sure to take some food photos next time.

One of the best Burger I ever had. The bread was fresh and the patties was succulent. I can’t remember when was the last time I complemented a burger joint like that. Having said that, the atmosphere, the ambiance were not that great and the place was average but great associates though.
Prices are beyond insane! Liked it better when it was Cafe Del Sol by Oak Jr. High.

35 minute wait for 3 Shredded Beef Tacos, Modelo🍺Burger 🍔 Coke🥤and Fries🍟$35 order was wrong and we had to wait another 10 minutes for waitress to correct our order. I've had better tacos 🌮 and burgers 🍔 from local street Vendors. Cobian's is overpriced, overrated and quality is poor at best. 👎
