My lady and I enjoy this restaurant very much.Their menu has plenty of tasty choices where quality and portion size is excellent.We love their staff because they are always nice and friendly.We will return soon!

Been living in Cypress a year now, and ran into this place by coincidence. My hubby wanted poke from the place next to it. Had to get something different for my granny and I, so I gave this a shot. I really enjoyed their tuna melt, and the granny’s pastrami sandwich looked good. I’ll update with breakfast & photos next visit.

This place makes an amazing breakfast!! I saw the reviews and had always wanted to eat here. I was not disappointed. The only thing that I was somewhat disappointed in was the service. However, they were busy and she did make up for it. Very sweet lady!!

The food is incredibly delicious, lots of options for breakfast and lunch. The best part is the friendly and attentive staff, you feel so welcomed the moment you walk in. Highly recommend the machaca plate, so good. The coffee is really good too!

Everything is fresh and homemade. The best breakfast in town. Cynthia is our favorite server and is always friendly and welcoming. This place can get busy but we are always seated right away if we arrive before 10am. Can't beat the service, food quality and price.
Parking: Convenient parking near restaurant entrance
Kid-friendliness: Great variety on the kids menu, Portions are large so I can usually share with my son. Servers are always accommodating with am extra plate and kids cup of water for no extra charge.

Outstanding cheese burger. 1/3# medium cooked tasty burger with crisp fresh lettuce, tomato, and house made thousand island dressing. (I left off onions and pickles). Comes with a wide variety of side choices like thick cut crinkle fries (season salt optional (these were cooked to perfection), rice, salad, fruit, onion rings, cottage cheese, mashed potatoes, hash browns, beans, chili beans or vegetables (for no additional charge). If anyone remembers Russell's Famous Burgers in Long Beach California, well Cobain's is a family owned and run business started by one of the cooks that worked at Russell's. Kept same recipe for burgers and the homemade thousand island dressing. Had to go for the thick chocolate malt as well and did not disappoint. They even give you the extra.
