Party of 12 at 11:45 am we were seated within minutes in the patio. It was our first time there, and it did not disappoint. We had a mix of breakfast and lunch orders. We tried the buffalo wings, and they were excellent. I had the chicken avocado sandwich with onion rings. It was large enough to share. I'll definitely return. The inside of the restaurant is big with plenty of space. Don't take my word for it. Go check them out.

We heard about their burgers and other stuff and that they were good! but we had enough burgers and wanted to try their Mexican food. We normally order a dish each and do family style so everyone can have variety and everything was so delicious!!! From the authentic made to order tortillas and salsa! (Came super hot from the fryer), to the very tasty guacamole to the refried beans! And the delicious refreshing fruit argua frescas! Service is great! Portions are great! Prices are great! Clean, and family run…I’d return again and again on future trips to CA to try their other known dishes! Mahalo for the great food and service! I’ll be back! For sure!Foodie ???

I've been here a few times and almost always go for the burgers. Delicious burgers and the western bacon requires two hands. It's tempting to make it a double patty, but you don't need it unless you're starving and looking to loosen your belt after. Fries are just average so ask them to be seasoned as well. Service is always good and attentive.

The food is OK, especially breakfast but expect flies hovering all over you and your food. This is the only restaurant that keeps the patio door open to let bugs fly in. The waitresses and owners are very friendly and nice.

The Al Pastor Burrito was pretty good, and it's huge for the $13 price tag!Draft beers are $6.50 and their canned beers are $5.50. They have some craft beers like Golden Road Mango Cart and a couple hazy IPAs on draft!A couple TVs, good service and a homey vibe!

My family of four ended up at Cobian's after ditching the wait at another breakfast spot down the street. We loved that there was ample parking and the wait wasn't so intense. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated which we found great considering it being a Sunday morning. Everyone here was friendly and great. The menu has extensive options and all the plates were pretty hefty.We watched some football from our table, which my husband enjoyed. Tables were clean, lots of space between tables.Looking forward to coming back.
