Just needed a quick snack. I ordered the pretzel sticks with cheese. Unfortunately, it was not cheese. It was cold, odd looking, and did not taste like cheese at all! It looked more like mayo. But the pretzels and coke were good.

This place is known for ice cream but we pleasantly discovered their smoothie is really good too. Mango pineapple smoothie was perfectly made. The lady who served me was professional and friendly. Great experience!

Ordered a chocolate malt it left a lot to be desired... Didn't even taste like a malt just a bad tasting regular shake can't fool me baby plus the lid kept spilling they can't even get that right lol

Who doesn't like DQ? Heart attack on a cone or in a cup! Service is fast and friendly. Ambiance is non existent because they only have a couple seats inside... this is mostly for to go

Super friendly staff and it's clean! Every time I go, which is about once every other week, the line is always out the door. The staff is very efficient with filling orders that the actual wait isn't long at all.

Love the blizzards. Location is small. Everytime I've came it's been pretty busy so sometimes you'll have to wait outside. But they get your order ready fast

I've had it.The wanna-be emo girl that was "working" tonight 10/13/23 on the cash register, proceeded to be not only rude and sarcastic, she thought I wouldn't notice when she used chocolate syrup instead of the clearly working chocolate ice cream.As to try to tell me rules that validate you treating me with disrespect while I did nothing but act respectful is baffling to me. How you let someone like her work there doesn't make sense until you see who manages them. The worst run location I go to, now I will go miles out of my way to avoid these type of humans.When a little boy, accidentally dropped his ice cream because their door was too heavy for him, NO ONE STOPPED TO HELP. I came out of the bathroom and was the first to help the kid. SHAMEFUL.

This location has been around for a long time. Always consistent to what you would expect from a DQ. Just expect a crowd on a weekend. They do have a few draw backs. Weekend lines can be very long, and they could use some air circulation, as the facility can be stuffy and hot when crowded.
Ordered 3 blizzards and a med cone, gotta say it's a great day when your eating dairy queen.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences had. No communication to us... not a hello ill be with you in a second after waiting 20min because she was ringing up like 20 gift cards so understand it took time other girl made a couple drinks for I guess pick ups and for the person buying the gift cards. Transaction finished.. the one that finished ringing up the order just started doing paperwork without a word to any of us in line. 2nd worker than took the order of some lady who JUST WALKED IN but was up front looking at the menu. If you didn't see the line of customers waiting and knew that lady was not the next in line... good luck on your final destination because I doubt you'll succeed anywhere. And the other worker... here's a tip.. when people have been waiting for a long time.. simple communication and customer service goes a loooong way. This is probably why the Brusters next door was so busy. With so many ice cream places I can probably say I will never return here or a dairy queen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!! FAIL ON ALL ACCOUNTS. Could have overlooked alot with simple customer service.

Oh boy, what an awful experience! Went tonight just because in the window they are advertising the s'mores blizzard. Dark hair, tall cashier with super rude attitude tells me that they ran out, I asked if they will have it again tomorrow and she said that the advertisement is old and they won't have more until next year. I decided to get a different flavor, she goes to the refrigerator and pulls a cup of what it looks like an old ice cream, mixes it with ice cream from the machine then gives it to me. I asked what was in the cup she poured into my Blizzard and she responded that it was a blizzard someone did not want earlier....the cup was not even covered, I am not sure how long that cup was in the fridge. Terrible service, not coming to this location again.

I ordered a chocolate sundae and I only received a vanilla ice cream with hot fudge. That isn’t a sundae. The worker was also giving me attitude and kept giving me small remarks. Don’t recommend this DQS bad costumer service
