I stopped here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. It was fast food, of course, but the fries and chicken were excellent! This isn't a gourmet restaurant, but the service was solid and the meal hit the spot.

My wife introduced me to this place and it became a staple on Mondays, a day we both have off work. I’ve only ever had the brekkie hash here and it was always amazing, every single time. I’m sitting outside the restaurant as it type this after driving all the way over here only to find out that the brekkie hash along with whatever other breakfast options they had are no longer available. Mind blown. I should’ve known because this place is never empty. I walked in and there’s no customers inside. We’ve never seen that in the year we’ve been coming here. No reason given about why most of the items are off the menu.

Great Brekkie Hash! A very large portion of crispy tornado cut potatoes, chopped fried chicken, and runny yolk fried eggs. I shared with my friend and we were both really full. The employees were wonderful and offered samples of banana pudding to us!

Drove from Victorville to go to Knotts Scary Farm and just had to stop here. The food was Delicious as alway and the cashier Emerald was an absolute sweetheart. Her customer service was above and beyond, and she came to our table to ask how our food was and was very sweet.

Amazing food peak service, visited with my wife. Can't remember the name of the dish my wife wanted but it had grilled chicken as an option.
This would require a slight time delay so my wife opted for fried instead.
Because of this the host (employee name "Emerald") apologized and shortly after due to the inconvenience gave my wife a complimentary bread pudding.
In short a little goes a long way.
Top tier customer service.
100/10 will visit again give Emerald a raise!

OK, What happened to the E&B in Cypress? Did they change management? I travel a lot and this is my go to place for a meal when I return home. Went there this last weekend and got the E&B sandwich, Korean bowl and two dirty fries for me and the wife. The sandwich was good, but the others were all lacking. There was noticeably less crack sauce, less cheese sauce and less/smaller chicken in both the bowl and the dirty fries. I admit I am addicted to the crack sauce and I usually get an extra container or two for my leftovers the next day. When I asked for some more, the employee told me that they now charge $0.95 for a small container of the sauce. I already spent over $50 on two entrees and two orders of fries and now you want an additional dollar just for some of your sauce? I'm bummed and disappointed. I really looked forward to going there after a trip. Now I'm debating whether this is somewhere I want to drop $50+ anymore.

Went here with my wife last week, we ordered the Brekkie Hash, a 4 Piece Combo, and a banana pudding. The potatoes in the Hash were very flavorful, the chicken was crisp and moist, and the sauces were great. Pudding was good too, very dense with the toppings, not just mushy pudding.
Staff was very friendly and prompt, several checked in to ask how our meal was. They told us the sauces are all prepared in house which explains the freshness. Would definitely go again.
