Good food good service but way too loud. We had a party for 14 and the Music was way too loud I had to ask the Mariachi to move as they were stuck in the same place around the table and we couldn't even talk with our family it kinda ruined the breakfast. Don't think we will return because it was seriously way to loud

I had a family gathering for a large party and I was able to book a reservation through Open table. I was a little anxious to see if everything would be ready on time for such a big party and I was glad that it was. The staff at El Torito Cypress is very friendly and their service was excellent. The food was good. Where we were seated was roomy so no one was crammed into an area, which was fantastic! Our server was very attentive. I would recommend this place and come back again for a large gathering.

Our waiter george was amazing, upbeat, friendly and was very on top of his job. Always checking on us seeing if we needed anything. Went to taco Tuesday.The tacos are always amazing. Especially the pork tacos, the meat is tender and flavorful. Love the homemade tortillas and icing on the cake is being get to get corn cake with taco tuesday at no extra charge. You can also get beans, different kinds of salsa and sauteed vegetables to put on your tacos. Different choices of meat which include; chicken, beef, pork and al pastor. Not only delicious but filling , they're not skimpy on their meats. Definitely recommended.

Very busy on Christmas Day, but we were seated within just a few minutes of our reservation time. Server was friendly & attentive. Kitchen was a bit slow, but was completely understanding considering the larger than usual number of customers.

40 minute wait with a reservation on Christmas day for a buffet. Nothing was labeled--I couldn't tell if it was pork, beef, or chicken. The prime rib was so tough I could not cut it and could not eat it. The green beans were under cooked. I would prefer to have ordered from the menu but the waitress said that would take an hour!

The Thanksgiving buffet provided all the traditional Mexican and American foods. It was well-organized. The crowd was in a good mood, so the experience was very enjoyable. We're glad we went.

El Torito in Cypress, CA is a great place for a date night, family dinner or to hang out with friends and watch a game. They have great happy hour specials and the food is always good. Their chips and salsa are great and that is one of the ways I judge a Mexican restaurant. If the chips and salsa aren't good, you lost me, but El Torito's are always good.
Also, they have a cantina with plenty of televisions so you can watch several games at once. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
My friends, On the Border is starting to become more exciting than you are. I GO TO RODRIGOS.

Food is good, so many options to choose from. Staff are always great, even though they are really busy. Expect to see your server just a little bit less on the drinks, but you won't be hungry with brunch style of serving your food.

Just want to say I had a very different experience at this location. I’ve been to many restaurants, and all have been nice, attentive, and sometimes friendly, but at this location, I had one of the best. Eddie was the one that helped me that night. He was very helpful, and recommended some items from the menu. I wasn’t sure on what to order, and he immediately asked what I liked, what I was in the mood for, and even what drinks were my favorite. I really liked his attention to every single detail. I would really recommend him, and this place for your next visit. If you’re not sure on where to go for a date night, or even a day to relax by yourself and enjoy good food, El Torito in Cypress is your to go place, and Eddie is the server/bartender to ask for!!!!
