This was our first time and it was AMAZING. Not sure which was better, the Italian ice or the SERVICE. Krysten (?) walked us through and had us sample several combinations before we made a decision, and each combo was amazing. We live in Utah but we will certainly be back. Thank you!

Captain Crunch Sorbet with Vanilla Soft Serve is so good (Taro, Blueberry, Strawberry). Also love the twix with chocolate soft serve! Great service. Absolutely would come back

Natalie was the hardest worker I have seen of her generation. Nowadays you don’t see Gen Z kids working as hard as her but she can really cook up a good ice cream order. She made our kids’ frostbites experience a 10/10. Definitely would come again. Even their water is good.

It was our first time there but the staff was very friendly! The sorbet chill tea was nothing like I had before. Very good, and not too sweet. Can't wait to go back again.

Sometimes the service sucks.. the girls working have bad attitudes.
I got a crapes the other day.. it's advertised on the screen. Powder sugar crepe with Nutella, strawberries and banana. When I went to pick up my order there was no Nutella. She put six stripes across the top of the crepe and handed it back to me...
This isn't what I wanted or what I ordered. I asked her if she could put more Nutella since it is not inside the crepe. She said no that this is our serving size. I told her that she made it wrong and there would have been more if it was placed inside with the fruit. She got very upset and squeezed The bottle so the whole top of the crepe was covered in Nutella. It was really petty but I got what I wanted I guess hahaha

Love Frostbites for their Italian ice with frozen custard!!! Highly recommend trying different combinations recommended by the staff. Also if you have a few ppl with you, just buy the quart size and share! Very economical

The ice cream is SOoOO GOOD I will never stop going and then the crepes the fruit is so fresh and the chocolate is kinda melted and just makes all better and it's warm and it's the perfect thing to eat on a rainy day or if your just having a bad day plus during the summer u can also eat because u can add ice cream on top definitely recommend and I will eat there again.

Friendly and helpful staff with creative flavor combination suggestions. We don’t come here very often but when we do the service is consistently great.
