Was extremely sad to find my fave sweet spot in Cerritos had closed down. I happened to be in the area, which is rare, so I popped into their cypress location despite not having any cash (it'll cost you 20cents more to swipe, so bring cash if possible!) and having left my stamp card at home. I can't remember the last time I visited this location, so it took me back to the good ole days, haha. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a cheerful gal who quickly helped me to a few samples. I let her know my go-to was their taro flavor. She recommended taro and strawberry with their vanilla chocolate swirl. I am not sure if I ever tried this combo. It was so good that I decided to upgrade myself up to a large. No regrets. Lol. The only reason for the 4 star is because there was no AC on this hot day. I felt bad for the worker.

Stop by for some ice-cream after going to the bar next door. There were lots of parking spaces when I was there. Parking was not an issue. This place is popular, and there was a line when I got here. Servers were very friendly and patient. She offered me samples, and she showed me her personal favorite. I picked her ideas and got mango, passion fruit, with vanilla ice-cream, and coffee, taro, and chocolate ice-cream. Both of the combinations were delicious. Small portion filled us up! Price is reasonable. Server offered us stamp card for future rewards. Will come back again.

Some of the workers are very friendly others aren’t , a female with a hijab an another white girl had major starring issues , I’m not sure what the concern was .. but I say don’t judge people or one day you will be condemned and judged as well , love one another & stop thinking you’re better than others let people be who they want to be but don’t be an ugly person in this world.

Staff was very nice and friendly offering lots of samples! There is a .20 cent fee for using card to pay out. The flavors are pretty light, I prefer joes Italian ice more. They do offer stamp cards and lots of other desserts such as crepes, icecream, etc

Nothing like I thought it would be like! SO so delicious! I was thinking of Rita’s but the depth of flavor was so good. Taro and blood orange were my favorite. Also sweet staff members let our kids try as many flavors as they wanted. Finally all 11 of us sat nicely by pulling tables together in the front. The experience was SO NICE!

A friend of mine recommended me this place and said it was "better than joes Italian ice" and the whole experience was MID not bad not good but just boring. The flavors are bland and boring while not being concentrated. Portions are small but expensive. The restaurant interior looked so lifeless like if a hospital decided to paint their walls red and blue that's it not to mention their furniture was peeling and looked sad. Overall I would just go to joes Italian ice it's 100% better.

Came here on a Friday night and it was packed. I ordered the peanut butter and salted caramel Italian ice with the swirl. Victoria was such a sweetheart and was so helpful letting us try out several combinations. Overall it was a great experience!

It was our first time back at Frostbites in years and we were so excited to eat it again. We were shocked to see that the line was out the door and it was sooo packed, but honestly the line wasn't too bad. When we finally got to the front, we kinda forgot how everything worked. Kyrsten helped us out and she was AMAZING! We did not expect that service at all. She explained how everything worked in detail and she even gave us the best combo recommendations! It was amazing service. We definitely felt like we were the only customers there LOL. We ended up getting the sorbet cream with strawberry, passion fruit, and mango. Soooo good! Can't wait to come back! We had seats outside since the line died down and the inside was still pretty packed. Can't wait to come back and we were super happy with the service!
