Loved this room! I had to extend my stay with my man it was so nice. Love the streaming services available on the tv.

This hotel is definitely a little bit older than your typical Hyatt place. Nevertheless, the hotel was pretty solid The room might be a bit small, but they're still very functional and comfortable to stay in I also had a good experience with the staff. They were very friendly and ready to assist I hope that day soon implement installation of chargers for electric vehicles Lastly, perhaps the one thing that I'm not super fond off regarding Hyatt place in Hyatt house is that the air conditioning units in the rooms are usually pretty loud That's really the only thing I can think of that could require improvement and everything else is top-notch in my point of view

Stayed here for two days while on a visit to Disneyland. Arrived early and asked if we could check in early. There is a $50.00 charge to check in early we took it as we had been traveling since the crack of dawn and were tired. The front desk clerk Frida was very nice and helpful. The room was very nice two beds, couch bed and kitchen area. All was well until the fire alarms going off at 2:00 am and scares us out of our sleep. By the time we arrived at the stairs to head to the lobby we were told it was a kitchen fire and it was now under control and we could head back to our room. After all that drama we could not fall asleep for quite a while not good when you are attending Disneyland the next day. Needless to say we didn't get to Disneyland at 8 am as planned because we were tired. Breakfast was good usual fare eggs, sausage, waffles, potatoes, fruit, cereal, yogurt etc. The surprising thing that the had was rice and miso soup. Overall pretty good stay. Also when we checked out they held our luggage for us to pick up later. Only small gripe besides the broken sleep was upon checkout someone checking in was being offered cookies. I then asked if we could have some as we didn't receive any at checkin. The clerk reluctantly gave us 1 for four people. When I asked if we could at least have two so each of my kids could have one I was told they wouldn't have enough for their other customers if they gave us two. I am not sure if I would stay at this location again.

Stayed there when we went to Disneyland and had a decent stay. Room and bed was clean no issues there. During check in front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast included with stay. No waffle machine but serve preheated waffles and have steamed rice which was a good addition. Fire alarm went off at 2am which sucked because it definitely does its job and startles most people awake making it hard to go back to sleep. Except for my son who apparently was hibernating. We had to wake him up after he slept through it... ‍ Pictures on website look like what you are getting aside from the cabinets. Our room did not have the floor to ceiling display shelves which in reality didn't need. Aside from the fire-alarm good stay and would come back again.

The worst Hyatt House I have ever seen. Checked and and instantly checked out and switched hotels. Pictures make it look modern and clean and you get inside the room. Halls are dark. Rooms are dark and dirty. Stains in carpet. Bathroom glass wasnt clean, lamps messed up. Very unclean feeling. I just knew i would see a roach.

Dog friendly hotel that didn't smell like "Dog". Great place to stay if you want to be close to Disneyland/Anaheim area and Long Beach. Free Hot Breakfast which was very good, loved the Miso Soup they had every morning especially during the cold winter weather. Hotel was clean & I loved the ability walk out on the Balcony for fresh air. Wish there was screen doors to keep the bugs out though. Full Kitchen with pots, pans & dishes & utensils. There are many places to eat around the hotel and a Chili's Restaurant literally next to the hotel if you don't feel like driving anywhere. Customer service was great, everyone was very friendly & helpful! Will return again.

I haven't stayed at a Hyatt House property before and wasn't impressed with this one. The interior is a bit depressing with the gray walls, dark hallways, and tinted windows. We stayed in a queen suite room and upon arriving, the room had a strange, musky smell, furniture wear and tear, and it wasn't as clean as expected. I think because the windows are tinted, it's harder for housekeeping to see if things are clean? Within minutes, we found a spider in the bathroom. Housekeeping doesn't clean everyday and you had to call to request a cleaning. I called to request a cleaning the next day. We left for most of the day and returned to the room still the way it was. Housekeeping didn't come by until the day after the requested cleaning date, exactly when we had to put our baby down for a nap in the room. Free breakfast was available and there was an array of different foods including miso soup which I haven't seen before. Front desk receptionists were friendly for check-in and check out. Overall, the hotel needs an upgrade and staff with better attention to detail!

This is a pretty functional hotel in a kind of crappy neighborhood. Hotel is reasonably well maintained. Lobby is clean and smells great. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Being a Hyatt House brand property, there are plenty of parking spaces surrounding the building so you can park your car near the door closest to your room, offered for free. I love this hotel for that. Their suite is quite nice, roomy and comfortable but their standard rooms are much smaller than what you find at Hyatt Place counterparts. The pool is underwhelming but it is understandable given that this isn't really a resort property. If you are looking for a pragmatic stay close to lots of touristy places or business in north Orange County, this is a great place for you.

Nice place. Good service. Wifey and I stayed here for one night. Not much around to see but the service was really good. We got in really early and was able to check my bags at the front a we waited for the appropriate check in time. The front desk was very nice and respectable about this.

The hotel has seen better days for sure. The room was clean, the front desk folks were friendly, and there are good places to eat nearby.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 8 nights here and it was very much home away from home. The receptionists were friendly and always so helpful. The suite that we got was clean and spacious; extra towels and pillows were provided. We would stay here again when we come back.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I felt a little deceived as the hotel pictures show that it was updated but although some areas were, there were still some very outdated parts that it felt very awkward. The room was very dark as was the bathroom. There was a very strong scent throughout the hallways as if some type of carpet scent had been sprayed. The worst part of staying here was that the gardeners working across the street woke me up one of the days at 6:15 am with lawn mowers followed by leaf blowers and I had been working very late into the night.

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt House. The room was pretty big with its own kitchen and bedroom. The only thing I didn't like about the room is that it had a weird smell like dogs stayed in there. Pets are allowed so maybe that's why. My husband didn't like that they didn't service our room even though we asked them to. We did have our do not disturb sign on in the early morning but left around 10am. They never came back to give us towels or make our bed. When we went to the front desk they were not friendly when we asked why they didn't service our room. Nicer than a lot of hotels but there are tons of other ones.

I booked this because I'm a pretty loyal World Hyatt member and try to stick to the brand... this is not on par with my experience or expectations. The lobby level is comfy and fine. Breakfast is fine as well. Our room leaves much to be desired. I feel my expectations were inline given the property. I thought a comfortable well maintained property although not necessarily luxury. Our room is so small it at times is hard to pass one another. The bed is so short- despite being a king- that his feet dangle off the end. He is just 6' tall. The bed itself isn't what we are accustomed to staying with Hyatt, which are usually very comfy with great bedding. The cabinets and desk in the main room are worn and the TV is failing. There are several bright spots the size of quarters in the middle of the screen. Overall this is just a meh property. All that said, every staff interaction has been kind and positive.

As a committed member of Hyatt- I've always had really good experiences staying with this chain. My experience at Cypress Anaheim location was bad... Bottom of the barrel.Where should I start? Let's talk about the water pressure - like 20% normal pressure - Water smelled like sulfur/rotten eggs. The Internet connection is awful; had to use the hotspot on my iPhone just to be able to check my email one night. The complex is very dated and room and halls are very dark. Seems to be built in the late 70s early 80s with very little upgrades in that time. Breakfast was bad.Would never stay here again.
