Oct. 27 2024 @ 5:50PM I went to this location to buy some drinks & the doors were locked?? I look at the operations hours on the glass window & checked the hours on the Google map, both says closed @ 8PM?? I even called a couple times & no answer, so I left!

The employees could look happier and friendly to help. They all look miserable and every single time I come with out a fail they always mess up my strawberry Belgian waffle bowl! It’s so bc I feel like going back there and doing it my self. So I always ask no granola and they always put it and when I say Greek yogurt they put whip ? I am so embarrassed to tell them they messed up again bc that means they’d have to redo it a 3rd time! Ughh I dont give them a hard time but enough is enough ! Take the order right and follow the order while making the bowls ?

My first time ever to Jamba was a great experience! I order the "White Gummi" as I was told it was one of their more popular drinks, and It did not disappoint. Refreshing and hit the spot!

There is no Jamba Juice where I live so, we always get Jamba when we can. We stopped in yesterday morning to pick up smoothies for the family. The guy running the shop was a one man show. He was super cool and it was really a nice start to our morning to get delicious smoothies and have a great conversation with a local. The Mango-a-go-go is a favorite, but you really can't go wrong with anything from Jamba.

The lady who waited on my was extremely nice. Also, instead of just tossing out the extra shake from the blender she put it in a small cup for me. Great customer service.

Needed a parking spot to go to Costco. Parked near Jamba, put up my handicap plaque and went for a smoothie to walk around Costco.Over 8 bucks for a small.

I would like to share a terrible experience I encounter today March 1, 2024 at this Jamba Juice store 5373 Katella Ave, Unit B Cypress CA 90630, at 1:36pm. Since I am rewards program member I wanted to used a coupon I received for 50% off a smoothie. When I approached this store the line was long, I decided to stand in line. When I was waiting in line I noticed only one girl who was working, she was taking orders washing blender pitchers and blending smoothies all at the same time. She was also fulfilling all the mobile orders at the same time. I stood in line for about 17 minutes and the girl said out loud I am only going to take Jamba Juice orders from the next customer in line everyone else would have to leave. She was back up on mobile orders and she was the only Jamba Juice employee working in the store. It's very frustrating waiting in a long line for nothing. I can't blame the girl who was working she was doing the best she could all by herself. This is a poor management issue. I asked the girl working in the store for the manager. She told me there is no manager there available. But she did gave me the store manager name which is De'Miyah. I am not sure if De'Miyah is a good store manager but she drop the ball today. If you are under staff then post a sign saying so or close the store instead having customers come in and wait in a long line just to be turned away because you're under staff. The other customers in line were also frustrated and inconvenienced as well. I am writing this review to let Jamba Juice know this is not satisfactory from a customer perspective.

Worst place ever!!! I usually order jamba juice and always get the waffle parfait bowl which is enough to fill me up. Soon As I recieved my order notice the bowl had normal amount of yogurt and no fruit . I counted the strawberries and only had 4 cut pieces and 6 blueberries ! had no granola no honey which when I order it has all these ingredients. I asked if I can please get more fruit granola and honey on my bowl which it seems they added two extra pieces of everything. Felt so ripped off never again going to this location . Really disappointed.
