Went in cause my toddlers we crying and wanted some juice asked if they can just sell me juice and the lady said they don't carry any juice and can't seem juice if they did but isn't their name juice it up? She also claimed if she sold juice she could be fired for it. Makes no sense at all.

This location is super clean & workers were super nice. The only thing is, the workers have super long nailsāacrylics. As someone who works in the food industry that is a HUGE NO when doing your food handlers due to cross contamination and what can be under the nails such as bacteria. Workers should not be having fake or long nails when working in the food/drink industry.

Totally lying about no added sugars. Maybe theyāre getting away with saying that because they donāt literally add sugar BUT IF YOU CHECK THE INGREDIENTS LIST on their website, the fruit juice concentrates they use in the aƧaĆ/smoothies DO have sugar, the YOGURT HAS SUGAR and fake sketchy preservatives, even the coconut flakes and aƧaĆ bowls have added sugar and questionable additives.
Deceptive marketing. DO NOT TRUST their marketing; you can see the ingredients list on their website for yourselves. This company should be held accountable for deceiving their customers.
I came here at 12:42pm on Sunday the 14th of July and this girl took my order and she was being a sweetheart. She had a beautiful smile and . Very helpful. Good customer service

I came in today (3/13/24) there was 5 people ahead of me I order my smoothie waited I was on call so I didn't pay attention of the time after I clicked I looked at the time 30 mins had passed waiting for 1 drink.. and mind you there was still 2 people ahead of me. Me and another customer wanted our refund back the manager on the phone still asked why!! Really why no you tell me why you leave a new associate by herself in the store. I was not rude what so ever I just wanted my refund and get out.. she still have a lot of more people in the store waiting for their orders.. the associate was doing her best.. management you should do better!!

They came in with 15 minutes until closing and the guy inside was really helpful maybe in my mail madness and strawberry wild. Both of them taste great and I will definitely come back here whatever in the area. I'll order online next time because you have more options to enhance your drinks if it's your first time going here and don't know what to add to your smoothie.
