Since this is in cypress I was expecting a good experience, but this has to be the worse mcdonalds I've ever been too
The ones in the hood where I live at have better service
My nuggets, undercooked
Idk if the guy expediting and the woman in the drive thru are managers but the guy had a bandaid on his finger with no glove on his hand
The woman, scratched her head and then immediately started packing orders
I use to work at restaurants for 10 years and I know what a health violation is when I see it
Never coming here again

No one wants to work Sat am and it shows. Items missing from the order, cold McMuffin, none of the creamer I asked for, forgot the oatmeal, which I did notice - then forgot the toppings. Went back when I realized the order was missing items and sat in the “waiting area” 10 mins with no one coming out.

Avoid this restaurant with the angry teens working here- no smiles, no greetings - just a lot of RBF. No thanks- not the way I want to start my day. I went to Chik Fil-a and got a breakfast of a much higher quality and people who are trained to be courteous and polite. I’m out what I expect is about $15- thanks McD’s for that

Ordered a medium Caramel Macchiato at 1:55 pm and didn't get my drink until 2:13pm. I was told 3 minutes. It's fast food place not a boutique coffee shop!

Horrible service! I bought food and a woman (the manager?) told me after I already had paid that I can’t eat inside. I asked why politely considering I had already paid for my food. They said they were refusing service to students. Confused I asked why they are refusing service after I already had paid for my order. Considering I was with my younger brother and we already paid I refused to leave and told her we would leave after we were done eating. We were not disrespectful in any way shape or matter. We were polite about the situation and we were not disturbing anyone. We did what everyone does, ate our food and left. We left our space clean and we were no where near loud. We went again on a different day and the same manager? Told someone to tell us we were not welcome. Again after I had already ordered. I asked why and the worker said due to the incident prior. The manager was rude and disrespectful demanding us to leave. I said that if I am paying for my meal and not disturbing anyone why should I leave? I am very upset with the situation. Overall Horrible service!! It’s sad that I am paying money and earning points to not even be able to use them because of the people they choose to hire. I can’t even enjoy my food in peace.

Worst McDonalds by far. They take forever for.curbside and always forget parts of my order. They even refused to bring my order out once and said I picked counter pick up. Then why did input my spot for curbside. Worst one ever.

Got delivery and they just completely forgot items. Was very disappointed and there isn't really any way to get refune. The delivery person was great, it just the fact they didnt pack our order right.

Wait times at this location are very long. Speaking with the cars in front of me, they are also frustrated with the wait times. None of us have large orders.

I ordered two toddler happy meals to be delivered by door dash, I only received one. I called the store to let them know and they said to come to the store and pick another one up. If I had a way to get to the store I would not have ordered through door dash. Also I ordered a coke and frapacino which I got but they did not send straws. This was a horrible experience when my grandsons (three year olds) saw there was only one happy meal. Missing food from this location is a common thing. I hope I have learned my lesson this time, wendys is just down the street and a much better option.

Food is good here. But the people there.. Oh my.. they don't respond and not giving you your full order. Takes too long, and they don't respond when I ask them, never at the counter, when I order 12 nuggets they always give me 6 instead of 12, then I have to wait 20 minutes for them to come and then my food is freaking cold, fries are so freaking dry.. i am so pissed right now, you better be at the counter when I come, because you don't wanna see my eyes get red. Make fresh food!
