This mcdonalds is wack. They ask you to use the kiosk. If they just took my order at the counter i wouldve been done asap. But nope trying to fumble around the kiosk makes the experience slow af. Then since im paying with cash they ask me to bring my receipt to the counter to pay anyways.
The kiosk ran out of receipt paper. Place is a joke

Every time i saw many people is complaining something but never improve any service. if you need something more,you have stand and wait for a long long time at the front.

Overall, this is a nice McDonald’s. It has tablets on a couple of the tables that have fun and educational games for the kids. I wish they hadn’t removed the play area. There are fewer and fewer McDonald’s with those around and they are a draw for me and a lot of my mommy friends.
As far as the service, it is usually pretty fast, but I just can’t give five stars to a restaurant where all of the ordering is done on a screen and you don’t get any actually human interaction until you are picking up your food.

This place is HORRIBLE! i went through the drive-thru today and i was parked for 30+ minutes and my order was wrong. The employees and mangers are very rude and unprofessional. They ignore you and give you the worst attitude when you ask for anything. Everyone in this store needs to be re-trained or fired. unbelievable. Do not go here!!!!
