I ordered black sesame milk tea, but the black sesame tasted rancid, so when I mentioned it, the cashier asked if I could order another drink, so I ordered another drink in the same price range and asked me to pay... I ended up paying for it, but I was so upset.

Me and my sister ordered the black sesame drink and the creme brule oreo drink. The oreo drink was fine but when my sister took a sip of the sesame drink she immediately spit it out. Turns out the sesame they used had gone bad and rot. Our mother didnt even need to drink it to tell the sesame wen't bad because of the smell (I wonder how she didn't know it had gone bad). We told the chashier about this complication and she asked if we wanted another drink. We obviously thought that they would give it to us for free. I mean we did get served a drink that used ingredients that have gone bad, but when she finished making the drink she told us we had to pay for it. Astonished we simply paid for the drink and left, not wanting to deal with this unpleasant experience anymore. We will not be comming back. Thank you.

Used the self checkout kiosk and it was easy to use. Drinks were ready within a reasonable amount of time and atmosphere was OK. Ordered the Black Sesame Milk Tea (Not for everyone & I am one of them), Brown Sugar Milk Tea (it was lacking in sweetness), and Just Peach-chi good but flavor is slightly perfume flavor at the end.

I’ve had multiple drinks here but they have all always been just ok to terrible. I dislike the flavors they use here and I am always disappointed with every new drink I try. The drinks aren’t flavorful to me at all and taste artificial.Mango Smoothie - 2/10 I really dislike the flavor of mango in this drink. It doesn’t taste like mango and tastes artificial with milk and has a weird aftertaste. The sweetener they use tastes awful and makes drink taste like weird candy.Matcha - 5/10 The matcha flavors felt lacking and wasn’t as tasty.Roasted Rice Milk 0 I didn’t like the flavor at all and didn’t finish this.
