I want to say that this is the best Sushi restaurant in Cypress. I've experienced Almost all sushi places and the quality of sashimi shows how fresh a store could provide to customer for their foods. Seafood Ramen is a little normal because it's fast noodle with 2 mussels and 2 shrimps. Well overall is good. Recommend.
Casual sushi spot with big fish pieces and very fresh!
I had:
1. Himalayas roll - spicy tuna, cream cheese jalapenos. One of chef’s special rolls
2. Orange roll - salmon, avocado, cucumbers
3. Sashimi: yellowtail and salmon
4. Soft shell crab

Got take out and they had my order ready i. under the time I was told it would take. The employees were very welcoming. The rolls were good. Best was the rainbow roll, though I thought the dragon roll was just ok. I’m coming back for sure.
