Papa Johns Pizza

I requested the food to be “Well Done” and it was “NOT” even close to what I asked. It tasted “RAW”. As I lifted 1 slice, the toppings quickly fell off the pizza and onto my plate. (Talk about not cooked correctly.)

The wings looked as if some sauce was just “SQUIRTED” onto the wings and not all the wings had sauce on them.

I was “EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED” and embarrassed in front of the guests I invited over so I threw it away and ordered from another “Pizza Competitor”. I spent approximately $100 with “Papa John’s” and gave the driver a good tip. I was displeased with this location and was dissatisfied.

By the way, they WON’T contact you if you asked them to on their survey.

This is their boneless spicy lemon pepper wings. Not how it shows in the pictures from the website. And what happened to the fluffy crust. 1/2 the pizza has flat a** crust again not like the pic online. Not worth the price smh.

Ordered at 10 pm well before they closed.
Received several texts stating that my order was late but on its way. It's now 11:15 and still nothing . They closed at 11 . Thanks for ruining our dinner.

The worst papa johns experience and my family orders from them a ton. This location will never get our business again. Sent cheese sticks that looked like they were made by a child. Pic attached. When I called the manager she said "I gave the okay for them to deliver those even though I saw they were bad" and that's not acceptable. What manager not only approves it but also tells the customer she gives the okay for how terrible these are. Manager refused to remake our order while the pizza was also oozing sauce and the pizza was falling apart. Still waiting for corporate to actually respond and it's been months. That's why I'm choosing now to leave a review.

There was barely any meat on the Philly cheese pizza. Plus it didn't have the Philly cheese taste. Disappointing. Thus us like the 3rd time that the pizza wasn't right.

I ordered a XL pizza and wings. I arrived to pick up my order and it was correct, but I asked for 6 plates and the lady states it's only 3 plates per pizza.☹️ I have ordered from here before and I never asked for plates and if this is the way they treat regular customers. It's ridiculous. I know I will go to the competition where I feel more appreciated and if I need 6 plates they don't hesitate to give them.

Something on the pizza was sour either the cheese or the sauce, cheap cheese and toppings were skimpy not worth the price paid. Disappointing!!!!

Pizza was undercooked and uncut. They forgot the pepper and garlic sauce. This place is always having problems. They refuse refunds as well.

Excellent thin crust pizza! Generous with the toppings too!

The pizza with jalapeño and the pineapple with pepperoni are a delight, two combinations in one. Delicious.
