I ordered a XL pizza and wings. I arrived to pick up my order and it was correct, but I asked for 6 plates and the lady states it's only 3 plates per pizza.☹️ I have ordered from here before and I never asked for plates and if this is the way they treat regular customers. It's ridiculous. I know I will go to the competition where I feel more appreciated and if I need 6 plates they don't hesitate to give them.

Placed an order tonight for the new spicy garlic epic stuffed crust pizza and when it came there wasn't any sort of spice topping on it so we were a little confused. after turning to Tiktok to see reviews, we found out something was missing. I called in and asked how it was supposed to be and found out it was missing something. I was offered a replacement which just arrived and it's much better! I definitely wanted to see how the spicy garlic was and it was pretty good. The call was very simple and the worker was very nice. I didn't get his name but thank you for the replacement and delivering. I appreciate it!!

Customer service is non existent. Pizza is not complicated but who doesn't want a good deal, right? The online deal is $12.99 for large, 2 topping pizza. The walk in deal is $12.99 for a large, 3 topping pizza. Looked at the deal online and then called it in for pick up. Lame girl took the order over the phone and made no mention of the walk in deal. She also told me my order totaled $37+...huh? $13 + $13 is $26, not $37. Called out lane girl and she replied, oh,,,$27.99. It gets better...I showed up to pick up the pizza, saw the deal posted and asked if we could change the order to add the third topping. Request was met with a blank stare, long pause and then, "pizza is already in the oven". No offer to help do anything more. Would've taken minimal effort to improve the customer experience. Customers can be discerning of where to spend their hard earned money. Food is so expensive these days that a little consideration would've garnered a bigger tip!

I get it, papa John's is a quick fix for when you want fast convenient, mediocre pizza.... But this papa John's in particular was terrible. 3 out of 4 things we ordered were terrible. The chicken wings tasted microwaved, the cheese bread was stale and hard, and the sandwich was horrendous. The pizza, like always, was shitty fast food pizza, but I don't know if it's just this location or papa John's has gone downhill, but most of the food was not edible.

My name is Lee I'm a staff Sergeant former army ranger. I actually missed a lot of the free food that was happening cuz I had to work everything ended at 3:00 I was dropping by the local Target here in Cypress and stumbled upon Papa John's as if they had any type of military savings or anything like that. And the person that was in charge of Antoine see he basically gave me a pretty decent discount which I'm grateful for he's going to have to do that. the absolute worst! we called then at 9:58 to place an order. He said it would be about 45 minutes. We waited and waited and nothing. Called thrm back repeatedly and they would not answer. Now it 11 pm and It's a no show. Don't do business with them! Good job Papa Johns! You give pizza places a bad rep! I'll never ever do business with you again! Horrible! The manager should be fired!

Not bad actually!My pizza was delicious! I went in with pretty low expectations, and was pleasantly surprised. The extra cheesy Alfredo pizza was really bomb!!!! I just wish I got a bigger size lol The 10 inch is pretty small. Really tasty though! I gobbled it down. The Oreo cookie papas just seem odd to me. They were freshly made and everything. I just don't think I like the dough with Oreo maybe?
