I ordered two pizzas with cheese filling on the edge and they charged my card $73 dollars when I got home it was only two normal pizzas without cheese ? it was a total scam!!!! I would never shop here

Saw the commercial for the Shaq pizza, so decided to give these guys a try. The website gave me a promo code for free delivery, that was anything but free. The pizza was OK, but not good enough to order again. The boneless wings were a joke. More like chicken nuggets with bad sauce drizzled on them. There are tons of pizza places around. Don't waste your money here.

Decided to try for the FIRST TIME and Will our LAST TIME!!!!! The WORST pizza we have ever tried to eat!!! We usually eat Round Table for takeout, however they have become PRICEY so we decided to try this place and we were veryDISAPPOINTED!! We ate one slice each and we threw the rest in the TRASH!!!!Pizza: "The Works" It looked like the Toppingswere just THROWN ON HERE AND THERE,the vegetables were "julienned cut not chopped" and the texture on all was "mushy!!!!! The "meats" were "sparse" and tasteless, pepperoni (overcooked), Canadian bacon was "julienned cut" , Italian sausage ( didn't have on my one slice).Crust: We wanted "thin crust", THEY DON'T MAKE IN MEDIUM SIZE!!!!!! TASTELESS and OVER-BAKED!!!!!! THAT WAS A SIGN that WE WILL PAY ATTENTION TO from now on!!!!The SAUCE- Sparse and very odd flavor!!!!!THE ONLY REASON THEY'RE GETTING ONE STAR is because of the "8pc mild buffalo wings" different flavor than what I'm used too(wouldn't order again) meaty and perfectly cooked!!Overall it was the WORST pizza we have ever tried to eat!!!! THE OVERPOWERING FLAVOR WAS GREEN BELL PEPPER!!!! We couldn't DISTINGUISH one meat to the next via flavor or texture!!!This review is for the Valley View Location!

Ok never I'm your life order from the trash location. This is the second time this has happened to us. U order for delivery and they tell u, it's on it's be there n 5 mins. Mind u I could ride my bike there n 5 mins I'm that close. 35 mins later and still no driver after they said 5 mins. Call the location and was told by assistant manager Ivan that he has 4 orders ahead of me to deliver before mines come and my order is that last of the night. So they let your orders sit around until they have a build up of orders. Then they send all those orders with one driver to run them. He goes out to the furthest first and hits the last house that's closed to there store. Who told them this was they was to do business is beyond me. They want be getting another damn order from me ever and I recommend no one deals with these idiots. Oh and they take 5 days to give your money back. They blame that on the credit card company. I know 5 year olds that take more accountability then these folks. SMH. This place needs to fire every last one of these people and restructure and figure it out to be and do better.

The least greasy pizza dough around! Love the original breadsticks … delivery is always quick and food arrives hot ? (rare with delivery)!
My family ordered a large cheese pizza and large cheese sticks on 6/2/23. the delivery guy brought a medium pizza. When we tried to call about the issue, the guy that answered the phone kept hanging up on us. We called several times, and every time the man hung up. Not a good way to keep customers. This used to be our favorite pizza, but not anymore.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza from here a week ago that had maybe 10 pepperonis on the whole pizza. Very cheap with toppings, pizza tasted old and all you could taste was the ketchup like marinara sauce. Waste of money, you can get a better value and flavor at almost any other chain pizza shop, wouldn't bother coming here. The older man who works there is also really rude, I'm not sure if he's the manager or just an employee. The pizza was already over priced enough for what they were giving, and I asked for an extra garlic sauce and he wanted to charge me $1.07. Like seriously you're gonna charge tax for a little pre packaged sauce?? Wild honestly.

On December 2nd I ordered from this Papa Johns. I ordered a meatball and onion pizza, as I typically do, along with a cheese pizza. Upon getting my delivery order, I opened the box and was shocked to see that my meatball pizza had only one meatball per slice. Usually there are several meatballs throughout each piece. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, and was told that I was speaking to him. When I explained that the pizza had only one meatball per slice (and it was almost all the way at the crust), the manager told me that I was mistaken. He said that he made the pizza himself and that I was wrong. I asked him if he wanted me to send him a picture of what I received, he did not want to see the picture and told me again, that I was mistaken. I started getting agitated, because now I'm being called a liar by the store manager, and he didn't even want to see what I was delivered (what happened to the customer is always right?). So, I said that if the pizza left the store with meatballs all over the pizza, maybe the delivery driver was hungry. The store manager told me that "what happens after it leaves the store, is out of his control" . Now, I don't really believe it was the delivery driver, as the meatballs were meticulously placed at the center of each slice near the crust, and there were no spots in the cheese where it appeared a meatball was removed. Since the manager of the store "Danny" he said his name was, didn't want to see the picture of what I was delivered and really didn't seem to care about the issue, I'm posting it here. C'mon Papa Johns, you can do better than this.

This place is a joke. The couple of times I've ordered delivery, it's always been wrong. Today, I ordered online, waited 20 minutes then got here and they had to find my order and start making it when I got here. No apology, nothing. Tells me it will be about 10 minutes. So far, 15. Reminding me why I never order from here.
