Clean place, fast service, and yummy PHO. My husband got the Bahn Mi and loved it. He says he's found his new favorite place for Bahn Mi.

Nice and unique atmosphere. Service was decent as well. The broth had a really nice meaty flavor and their brisket and rare steak were very tasty. The beef rib was decent. The noodles were also firmer than I usually prefer. A little on the pricier side but good nonetheless.

An incredible atmosphere in a quaint spot. The prices are good, and the food is absolutely incredible. I will be back. This is a hidden gem

Also the girl at the front desk was very nice

UPDATE
I came back the next day to get the same thing, except this time I added spring rolls

This Vietnamese restaurant is not only delicious, but the cooks and the wait staff are smart. I am a dining room supervisor and I know smart when I see it. These people are smart and let me tell you why...

Someone in the staff took the time to melt little holes on top of the foam takeout containers. At first I didn't understand why, but then it dawned on me... Someone at pho alley knows that when you put spring rolls in a closed box that will get soft quickly..
Again, someone took the time to put little holes in the foam to-go containers so that the spring rolls would stay crispy....

This place is working smart and is offering delicious food. I see this place increasing in popularity quickly.

Very well done to the staff

Finally checked this place out a couple weeks ago. And I have to say, I think I found my NEW Pho spot. Got the Grilled BBQ chicken pho and it was delicious. And their Pork & Shrimp Eggrolls are AMAZING. Prices are very reasonable. Pho selection is reeeeally good. Keep in mind, they generally get busy around 5pm. So if you get there after, you might have to wait. But it's worth it. Just wish they were opened later...like until 11pm.

I don’t think the staff knows they are running a restaurant.

Crispy fish roll with a rubber band🤮

Since 2021, every time we visited california, we have always looked forward to eating in this place. A family friend of my husband recommended this restaurant to us. we're looking for good asian food with a great pho,and yes! No mistake indeed its one of the best, but not until time December 16,my husband got a takeaway for dinner. Everything was good actually till i had a bite almost halfway off one of the crispy fish rolls and realized that something got stuck in between my teeth, and my surprised it was a rubber band! I called the restaurant,  staff answered and she even said she remembered my husband and she would get me a refund or new food but i have to come there myself. That call didn't really help anything about the situation, so i decided to go there myself since it's just 10 mins away from where we were staying. I went there very calmly and politely asked for the manager, but the person(said her name was Ann) at the counter said there's no manager or supervisor to talk with basically i have no option just her and since talkjng to her from the phone has no help at all,so i do not bother talking to her anyway, i told to her call her manager and let know that a customer wants to complain but she said thay the manager wont talk to me bcoz she/he have more important things, she even keep on insisting she wont give the manager's number or her personal number tho i didn't asked for. The tall girl, with short and green highlights hair was disrespectful and very rude(talking to me with both arms crossed/folded) unprofessional who did not even apologise for the inconvenience that it cause.  Instead she keep telling there's nothing she can do, i wasnt interested with the refund or even to replace my food but i ended up refunding it anyway bcoz arguing with unprofessional will do nothing good anyway, she took my number and said she will tell her manager but we never receive any calls. She becomes more rude when i asked her name and she doesn't want to give at first but i told her i have the right to know bcoz the incident happened on her duty,im not sure if the name she gave me even real. I feel sad about this incident bcoz as much i would like this incident to be dicreet and i come in peaceful way but it didn't right by me. Food in this restaurant is really good, but it seems customer service is being taken for granted. I hope that a restaurant with this kind of good food didn't compromise the quality of customer service.I had to rated this restaurant with 1 star due to this incident not with the food , mistakes happened everywhere, but being treated with disrespect is not fair!

I love this place! I ate in here for dinner and I ordered the Oxtail pho and chicken pho and the oxtail fried rice and I was not disappointed!! It was so delicious and the service is phenomenal! I definitely recommend this amazing pho alley!

Kid-friendliness: I was with a two year old and he loved it! There was highchairs and a very kid safe environment ( no trash on floor and no sharp edges).

Pho Alley really won my goodwill and future business tonight. We came early with a very large party of nearly 20 people, and they managed to accommodate us incredibly well. The servers were professional and highly proficient, the dishes came out quickly with no mistakes, and the food was high quality and delicious. I loved the Pho American Wagyu and the Shaken House Fries. My wife had the Bo Ne, which was also fantastic. It's a bit out of my normal distance range, but I intend to return soon. It's worth the trip.

5 stars. This small Vietnamese restaurant has the best Pho broth in town. If you like noodle soup but dont want seafood. You need to try the steak pho. It's not fishy tasting at all. Chicken noodles pho has large pieces of chicken. Lots of protein for a reasonable price. $$ Best kept secret in town. Get there early for a seat or order to go.

Seems understaffed the day we went. The kitchen forgot to add protein to one dish. The restroom was dirty. Bad timing to come that day perhaps.

Our dad lives by the restaurant and surprised us with a visit. He had the crispy salmon . It was really very flavorful. Love the panko style crust. Also had the crispy tofu and the garlic noodles with shrimp.
I cannot wait to go back.

Food is good, but I can’t believe how dirty the restrooms were…. Where is health food inspection. No coming back!
