Came here on a Saturday rainy afternoon because it was a pho kind of day. There wasn't a lot of people and my husband and I were seated right away. For appetizers, we ordered spring rolls. I asked the server if it was possible to not include shrimp and they were able to accommodate. My husband ordered the house special combination pho and I ordered the pho brisket. The food and the broth was delicious, but what concerned me a bit was the service. Because there wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant you would have thought that the servers would be more attentive to their customers. First they took orders from parties who came after us. They avoided eye contact. I had to position myself towards them and wait for them to accidentally look my way to get their attention. Refilled other parties water cups, while I'm trying to get their attention to refill our water. It's unfortunate that the food here is delicious, but I wish the service was better. From my experience, the business made me feel unwanted so I'd rather go somewhere else.

It was my first time here because a good friend recommended it. We came here for lunch. We got seated right away and ordered our food. The appetizer came out within 5 mins and the rest followed. The food was delish AND our waiter was very attentive and kept refilling our glasses of water! Great service, too! I would definitely come back and I highly recommend this place! Thank you for a good first impression!

Service was bad, dude spilt a full cup of water on my wife and myself and he said sorry which didn't seem to be very sincere, it was a "k sorry" he didn't seem to care at all. This place used to be so great the service and food was amazing about 2 years ago. Now the service is shit bc they hired someone indifferent I don't care about anything high school kids. Definitely not going back. The food alone looked like they just throw on the plate in a rush.

The food is pretty decently good for the area. Ive been here a few times and its always been solid and consistent. My son loves their shaken beef and garlic noodles. I always enjoy the pho and big dino rib bone that comes with it. Average cost of a meal is around $16-20 depending on what you like. The space is cute and the service is prompt. Id go here when I cant make it out to WET MIN DURR (westminster).

My go to pho restaurant in Cypress! I love how the menu has a large variety of food. The vermicelli is delicious! I usually order for pick up and the food is ready quickly. I've eaten here once around 8PM. Service was average. They were out of soup spoons so I had to eat my pho with a normal spoon lol.

Tried this place for lunch and was not disappointed! Soups are flavorful, fresh spring rolls refreshing, and chicken crunchy and delicious! Worth checking out!

I did a pick up order for pho brisket a couple of days ago. Was ready as promised and everything was packed neatly in a bag. Inside was clean and had beautiful chandeliers.

Decided to try this local pho spot out, it's literally 2.1 miles from where I live and I'm glad I did. We ordered the house special pho and it did not disappoint. Great flavors, broth was very flavorful . It comes with rib eye, brisket, and beef rib bone for the meats. Service was great! Tentative staff and friendly. Ambiance is awesome, love the decor very chic and modern. Definitely recommend this spot if you live in the area instead of driving all the way to Garden Grove for pho. Updated: 03.06.2024 Came back here for a second time! Tried their beef vermicelli noodles with egg roll and it did not disappoint. Great flavors and tasted great!

We absolutely love the fried tofu and the garlic noodles. We really like the salt + pepper shrimp and popcorn chicken!! We've tried a couple other items but we're not crazy about them. I LOVE sauces - but the sauces here ... something is off about them. I'm not sure if it's the quality of the ingredients they use for them - but sadly they taste rancid. The service has improved - but can be very slow (even when there is only one other table). We love grabbing take out from here as it is fast!

Used to like this place when it first opened although quality and service have since went downhill. Dined in for brisket pho and was disappointed in the quality of the meat as it was mostly membrane. For 21 dollars! My husband ordered the shaken fries and it arrived with a big fat hair on top of the fried egg! He pointed it out to the server who clearly didn't even look at the plate as he setting it down not paying attention to notice the hair on top and he apologized and removed the dish told us they were going to make a new one. As my husband is eating his food he found more hair! It seems they just flipped the egg over and fried the hair with the egg to make it look like a new dish. Or perhaps they did make a new dish and are just unsanitary in the kitchen? Very disappointing and upsetting. We each didn't even eat half our food and told the server we don't want the food anymore and we're not paying for it. He said not to worry about it although when I at least tried to leave $ for a tip for the server his reply was "don't worry we don't want it just take it" Not sure how it's appropriate to be rude when they are the ones that messed up. I believe the person serving us was a family member of the owner and not an actual server it seemed like he was in charge but has no clue how to run the restaurant. Never again for us.
