I just received my two pizzas ,buy one get one free.I took my first slice and noticed it was completely burned so I removed the toppings and placed them on the second slice wow that was burned black also completely charred black all over the crust so we ended up with half our pizza unedible.when I called to explain the girl told me she checked the pizza at 3;00 then I told her we just got our pizza around 7:00 pm .I than told her not to lie just admit you didn't check it because there is no way a decent person would send it out.She finally admitted she didn't check it and offered a new on but I now do not trust her not to spit in it if she can lie so easily. Horrible customer service. CHECK ALL PIZZAS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARENT BURNT BLACK.

Pieology was once our family's favorite pizza spot, but our recent visit left us disappointed. After placing an online order, I arrived for pickup and was ignored by the staff member who was busy packaging pizzas. She then provided excessive attention to another male customer before leaving for the day without acknowledging me.

Additionally, I had ordered a gluten-free pizza, but I noticed that a single pizza cutter was used for all pizzas, raising concerns about cross-contamination. Upon returning home, the pizza crust was burnt, and another pizza had minimal tomato sauce with tough dough. The overall quality and service were subpar, leading to a disappointing Friday evening.

With numerous other pizza options in the area, we're reconsidering our choice to continue visiting Pieology

Fast service and plenty of topping choices

I drove 15 minutes for this. Can’t believe they served it. It was an online order so I didn’t see it before.

As you can see, it’s not even 10 PM and after driving to the location, the doors are closed and they’re not willing to open and accept any service. It’s unfair that the advertising that they’re open until 10. However, once you arrive couple minutes before closing, they are already closed wasted time and a trip. Terrible customer service.

This was my first visit (several weeks ago) and I liked the food. I had wanted a salad with our pizzas to go but was told they were out of containers. Just when I thought I was having another disappointing experience, I was approached and told they found some! Great! I’ll take one! What a surprise to be given TWO salads, free of charge! They were very nice and I offered to pay but was graciously told they were on the house. So very nice and I enjoyed salad with my pizza as well as salad for lunch the next day. Thank you!

The food is good as I consider as cheap during the price surge era these days. The staff is super friendly and they serve everything you ask for really quick. Only the facility is a bit old, but I don't think it's much matter, table and chairs are clean anyway.

Got a Hawaiian pizza but had such a stingy serving of toppings

My wife and I totally love the customization and the thin crust pizzas. But, we also love the speed of how they make the pizzas. Pretty nice staff there, too.

Pizza toppings were so messed up it looks like it fell, it even has a lot of dirt on top. Unfortunately we didnt have the time to complain and call the restaurant coz it was thanksgiving day and we were all busy. We ended up throwing the pizza away. Never ordering in this place again. They just dont care about their product and custumer!

The service was not what I expected new employees different outcome. No smiling faces didn't feel welcomed at all and our pizza was burnt on the bottom. Won't be coming here anytime soon 😞.
