Ryan was absolutely hilarious, had me an my friends laughing with his humor, although the lady infront of me looked back with absolute disgust when I came back at Ryan with “I didn’t know they hired make-a-wish kids here” but because of him me and my friends will definitely be coming back I appreciate Ryan and his humor hope to see you again buddy

I ordered online around 12 pm 04/20/2024 and picked it up at the restaurant. The staffs work on this shift is perfect in customer service and making pizza (not burning as usual), but they delivered pizza to me later than the estimated time 25mins. I gave 1 star because this company doesn't recruit enough staff for this location.

I ordered online pizza to take it home. First time when I tried to pay app said “Something wrong “. I tried one more time and it goes through. But finally I noticed that I have two charges!!!The manager said that I posted two orders and they will cancel one. So I picked up one order but like I see I paid for both. They didn’t canceled and no money back!!!

Great service all around. Pizza was delicious. Cody rang us up and was super cool/friendly. He fixed the drink machine for us, let us into the restroom multiple times (kids) we appreciated his positive attitude. Keep it up!

We came in tonight for some pizzas during the rainy weather! We just wanted to take the time to reach out and give you five stars for the fantastic customer service. Two gentlemen took care of us and both were so patient and helpful. Josh took his time to go out of his way to be kind to every customer despite being very busy with online/in person orders. Kindness of this level is a rare commodity these days. Too often, the human element can go overlooked in simple transactions like buying a pizza. However, Josh went the extra mile to make us feel like we were home. Thanks again!

This was our first time eating here and I was not impressed with the food. Two of our pizzas were very burnt and you can see on the barbecue chicken pizza one of the slices hardly had any toppings on it and was just burnt bread. I ordered ahead for pick up and ordered the hot honey sauce to try, and was told they don’t have containers for it anymore and I would be reimbursed because they couldn’t give it to me. It’s been a few days and I still have not received that reimbursement on my credit card. I ordered an entrée size Italian salad and was shocked at the size of the salad for almost $10. Online it said it came with chicken on it but it didn’t have any on it and when I showed the girl that worked there, she added it on for me but said the website was wrong. She was very kind in trying to right the wrong. I can’t imagine how big the side salad is for $6 so I’m glad I didn’t buy that. The pizzas probably would’ve been good if they weren’t burnt. The garlic cheese bread was pretty good. I don’t think I’ll be returning here anytime in the future.

Fine ass hoochie mama as the team lead but definitely does not know what hygiene is. Come on baby gurl you can't just sneeze into your hands and continue to flip pizzas around. She didn't even wash her hands when she was putting that plastic sheet to lay the pizza into the boxes. The staff consists of a clown like behavior minus one or two who actually care about their job or at least display it. The foods ok but really who know what's goes on behind closed doors.

Service was nonexistent. Waited an hour after placing our online order for the store to tell us they forgot to put it in the oven. Never going here again and I wouldn't recommend you waste your time with them. They're very incompetent.
