We ordered by phone and ended up paying an extra $10 for doing so. Definitely order online. The pizza is delicious, but they charge a service fee for doing business in California, that is tacked on as an added fee. You also have to pay extra for Parmesan. For one large pizza, 2 toppings, we paid $27.09 out the door. An online order would have been $17.52 out the door.Wheelchair accessibility: Completely accessible.
I just called inquiring about an order today Superbowl Sunday,and the Employee hung up the phone after I inquired about order thinking it was an error in preparation, but was told I Received an oder free in error.WHILE I WAS INQUIRING ABOUT THE CHARGES AND TOTAL WAS TOLD PRICES.THEN SHE JUST HUNG UP PHONE AND NO COURTESY AS FAR AS SAYING IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN HELP YOU WITH,YOU CAN BE PROFESSIONAL.

placed an order and arrived super late, and it was somebody’s else order- how can they deliver the wrong order to the wrong address? do they not ask for an address for a reason??!!ugh! where is the common sense please !!i called and Jessica hung up on me a couple of times and when I called back she said the restaurant is too busy for her to deal with this..like what??!!’ are you serious? you delivered my pizza cold and is the wrong order, yet had the audacity to curse at me and hang up again..i called and someone else told me that is their managerwow!! a manager that talks to customers like that!!???!! wow! just wow!!!if you don’t want to talk to customers then don’t make mistakes and deliver my pizza, my order correct and warm not cold!!!!! she is a horrible manager!!
