Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I haven't been to a Red Robin for many years and went this time because I had a gift card. One thing I noticed for sure is that the price is higher and the burgers are smaller. Burgers are tasty, but the cost/size is not worth it. The steak fries are just as good as I remember.

Parking: Located in the same parking lot as Costco, so parking can suck most of the time while Costco is open.

This place gave me food poisoning. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it’s been coming out of both ends. Service was awful. Won’t ever come back

Their burgers are really good and filling, but we ordered an Oreo Peppermint shake for $7.99, that was worth $3.50 maybe. The Cup was 3/4 full of milk shake, a thin layer of whipped cream that didn't reach the top of the cup. I asked where the sprinkles were on top (oreo crumbs and peppermint pieces were pictured). So she took the shake and put regular sprinkles and a cherry on top, not the oreo pieces or peppermint. I will never order a specialty shake there again to go.

Had the chicken wings with buzz sauce which is the first level of spice very similar to true "buffalo" style recipes. Love that they serve housemade chips under to soak up the sauce. Also had the pretzel bites which are great. Soft inside and crunchy outside. Food was fast and service was great. Because this site is close to Costco I tend to avoid due to traffic and difficulty with parking. But went after 7pm and it was fine.

Delightful happy and polite server...Dania.
Side salad did not seem freshly made... Some of the lettuce and cukes seemed a little see-thru.
Thin crust pizza was good.
Bottomless fries always good. Love their seasoning salt and ranch.
Took a bit long to be seated and they weren't busy. The five stars is solely for Dania.
Next time I want to try happy hour in the bar area. $4 margaritas?! YES!

Red Robin has the best burgers ever. I never leave without a take home container because the portion size is great. The waiter was very helpful and didn't have to ask for anything. great atmosphere. Planning to go back to the bar to experience the drinks they have to offer . Great dinning experience for kids too.

Excellent food! The bottomless sides are are so yummy. Our waiter "BRYCE" did a terrific job serving our party of 7. Wow, BRYCE was the BEST! The restaurant and bathroom was clean. EAT HERE! Our dinner was excellent! BRYCE was a fantastic waiter, he was attentive and quick.

My experience at Red Robin was disappointing , mostly due to the attitude of the server. They were dismissive and seem uninterested in providing good service. Their attitude made the whole meal uncomfortable. Definitely think about it before going back.

Grant it, it was a Friday night but.... there were too many kids screaming and crying loudly, none of the parents made any attempt to minimize the disturbance.
I was so distracted I really didn't taste my food. ?

I didn't like my experience at Red Robin. The food was unpleasant and overpriced. The worst thing was that the chicken was very dry and the fries were big and spicy. The tables and floor were not clean. The gaming tablets that are put on the tables were extremely dirty and greasy. If you want to eat in a restaurant, I recommend that you do not choose Red Robin.
