I haven't been to a round table Pizza for quite some time. The quality and the size of the pizzas have diminished severely. They have compromised quality for profit, such as most other restaurants. It's so sad the American business model has evolved to this!!!

Non existent customer service. Have to stand at the register for five minutes before being acknowledged.
My carry out order was delievered to someone else’s house. That’s not the upsetting part. Mistakes happen. I understand.
The upsetting part was when they finally acknowledged me at the register. I gave him my name and told him I was there for a pick up. They told me to my face look me in the eyes and told me the pizza was just about to go into the oven give them a couple of minutes. OK great I can wait around a little bit longer , no problem 20 minutes later they tell me we’re sorry your order was delivered to somebody else’s house but wait a minute 20 minutes ago you just told me to my face that you were making it and it should be out in a couple of minutes so you lied to me. That’s the upsetting part. So after 20 minutes, not only was my pizza not even in the oven yet after 20 minutes they looked at me to my face like nothing was wrong and told me oh just give us another few minutes we make it.
No apologies, no offer to make this okay by offering a free comp item. Just an offer to continue to waste my time.
And it starts with whoever was cutting the pizza, not sure if he was the manager or not but everyone seemed to be following his lead.
Place wasn’t even busy, not sure how that could happen. So now there was two upset customers, me and whoever got my order instead of theirs delievered.
And I heard the “manager” telling the workers “it’s okay his pizza is here we’ll just deliver it” it has been sitting there for at least the 20 minutes I was there plus however long it had been ready for.

I bought a pizza for me and my niece and i told him that we couldn’t even eat .it i never ate at a pizza that tasted that bad me and my niece tasted one piece and trashed it and ordered takeout this place is giving round table a bad reputation .

This place is absolutely the worst pizza place I've ever eaten at. Where do I even start? I bought 2 large pizzas and a regular salad and the total was nearly 70 dollars. Took the driver almost 2 hours to arrive, and by then, the pizza was cold. As I was eating the salad I FOUND A FRUIT FLY IN THE SALAD. I tried to call and complain, and the rude person on the phone told me they had to put me on hold, and after almost 5 minutes of waiting, I gave up and hung up. DO NOT GIVE THIS SCAM OF A PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!
It was my first time eating there pizza ? and it was delicious ?. I went back a second time just to see if the taste was off and it wasn't, it's delicious. Round Table is way better then pizza hut, domino's, shakeys, avenue 3, pizza mania, frantones.
Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: I myself watch what I eat but when the pepperoni and pineapple ? pizza ? came and I had one slice omg it was so good I had to eat more. I left there satisfied.
Parking: It's in a plaza, so plenty of parking.

I Love the manager. He's always friendly and eager to assist his employees which I like to see. The last time I was in there he came out back personally to get my order because I had my very sweet but very large and hyper " puppy" with me and he wasn't able to calm down enough for me to feel comfortable with him inside. He's a work in progress! But thank you Round Table Cypress, all of you make every trip there worth it. Your pizza is still #1 in my book and nobody could ever top your perfectly made pizza.
