There’s a barista named EMILY who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She messed up my coffee order, and when I politely asked if she could fix it (not even replace it), she snatched it out of my hand and gave me an awful attitude. That kind of behavior is unacceptable definitely won’t be coming back.

Had a refreshing experience today. I usually am not one to write reviews, but I saw a new face this morning & I had to share. Her name was Emilie I think and she was the sweetest barista I’ve encountered at this store. Most of the time I’m there with a barista named Katt I believe, and I’m convinced she hates her job. I always hear her gossiping on her shift and it’s not a good look for the company. This morning I was greated at the door, my coffee was made quickly (even with the rush) and I was thrilled to have it actually taste good for once. Thank you Starbucks for moving your shining stars to the morning shift!

Despite there being a rush when I went in, the store was very clean. For the volume of orders, they were under staffed (classic), but the baristas were very friendly. Emily seemed to be the lead on the shift, and its obvious that she leads by example with quality control and creating a welcoming experience. If I hadn't seen how busy it was, I wouldn't have known how much she had to quickly get done by the positive tone she had.

Asked for light ice and instead got a cup of ice. Literally almost the entire thing is ice. What is this? Absolutely ridiculous. There are closer ones that will give you what you ask for

This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I'm proud of our Starbucks here. Any Starbucks doesn't compare to this one. Great drinks, always great service. Tip these people, they ain't like your usual, gloomy Starbucks workers!😁

2. The spot has fast casual vibes with a nice interior!

4. There are restrooms available for customers! They require a code!

This location is right next to my job and around the corner from my house. I’m familiar with most of the employees. I always ask for my half and half on the side and for some reason the ladies who work here never give it to me. they always make me ask again which is classless and in poor taste. They hardly put anything in the cup. For 7$ I should get enough creamer for my coffee not to be black. It’s getting really old and I’m tired of it. I will complain to corporate. And they wonder why I never leave a tip. Poor customer service. For $20 an hour you think they could remember extra cream on the side. The gentlemen here have never given me an issue. it’s an older white lady and a younger white lady. The younger girl, one time had the nerve to give me a cup half filled. I had to ask her to please fill up my cup for seven dollar coffee, that’s ridiculous. I don’t even know how she had the balls to do that. she has brown hair. She’s younger skinnier and has a horrible attitude. She needs to be fired. The older lady just needs some training on customer service. Besides these two individuals I have had never had a bad experience here.

Just was helped here by Dean and not only was this location extremely clean and friendly my drink came out amazing and speedy. Great environment and baristas this is definitely a great location.
