This location is right next to my job and around the corner from my house. I’m familiar with most of the employees. I always ask for my half and half on the side and for some reason the ladies who work here never give it to me. they always make me ask again which is classless and in poor taste. They hardly put anything in the cup. For 7$ I should get enough creamer for my coffee not to be black. It’s getting really old and I’m tired of it. I will complain to corporate. And they wonder why I never leave a tip. Poor customer service. For $20 an hour you think they could remember extra cream on the side. The gentlemen here have never given me an issue. it’s an older white lady and a younger white lady. The younger girl, one time had the nerve to give me a cup half filled. I had to ask her to please fill up my cup for seven dollar coffee, that’s ridiculous. I don’t even know how she had the balls to do that. she has brown hair. She’s younger skinnier and has a horrible attitude. She needs to be fired. The older lady just needs some training on customer service. Besides these two individuals I have had never had a bad experience here.

Just was helped here by Dean and not only was this location extremely clean and friendly my drink came out amazing and speedy. Great environment and baristas this is definitely a great location.

I stayed in Hampton Inn next door for a week and this Starbucks is my frequent visit every morning. The services consistently impressed me and staff were very delightful, worthy of a five-star rating without question. There's a couple of times, my friends wanted to customized the drink, but not available on the app. I placed the order and informed the staff of the requirements. They acted immediately to ensure my drinks are correct, despite there are long lines or mobile orders.

Was really not very busy at all. Standard Starbucks service and drinks. Cool that there are USB ports for the bench seating. Wish there were more charging stations at tables. Benches were super crowded even though only 5 of us there.Clientele was really friendly and nice and funny too...could've just been holiday cheer...lol

Ok so I just left this Starbucks and both employees were so awesome!!! 350pm rt b4 I start my shift I went inside and ask for my drink then ask the barista a question on where she got something and she said there but they were out and guess what she did gave me hers ??? bless her thank

They never fail to make my matcha tea latte just as how I like it. It’s delicious every single time & the employees are also nice :)
