Had a refreshing experience today. I usually am not one to write reviews, but I saw a new face this morning & I had to share. Her name was Emilie I think and she was the sweetest barista I’ve encountered at this store. Most of the time I’m there with a barista named Katt I believe, and I’m convinced she hates her job. I always hear her gossiping on her shift and it’s not a good look for the company. This morning I was greated at the door, my coffee was made quickly...
Despite there being a rush when I went in, the store was very clean. For the volume of orders, they were under staffed (classic), but the baristas were very friendly. Emily seemed to be the lead on the shift, and its obvious that she leads by example with quality control and creating a welcoming experience. If I hadn't seen how busy it was, I wouldn't have known how much she had to quickly get done by the positive tone she had.
This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I'm proud of our Starbucks here. Any Starbucks doesn't compare to this one. Great drinks, always great service. Tip these people, they ain't like your usual, gloomy Starbucks workers!😁
