Went to the Starbucks on katella & winners circle in Cypress California. Ordered mocha frappuccinos with java chips that they now charge extra for. There was no coffee in our drinks.

I really don’t understand why acknowledging customers has become a thing of the past. I was the only other person in line and I stood there as two employees ignored me after taking an order. Literally turned their backs to me. I stood there trying to figure out what to order, and by the time I figured it out, I was completely done with the situation. It’s one thing to be busy and preoccupied, but I was the only person there, and a simple “I’ll be right with you”, would have been more than sufficient.

Very slow service even when two baristas are here only one takes orders same person makes the orders and what are the rest doing ??? I how been waiting for 15 minutes or more and still have not been asked for me drink
