Awful first time experience on a Subway. The old lady that took our order was very rude and did not pay attention to our order. We asked for a cheesy steak and pointed at the menu in front of her that it was number 31; she was not even looking at us or paying attention to what we were saying so she made the wrong sandwich and when I asked her if she was making the cheesy steak as we asked from the start, she got annoyed and pointed out "that's 31 not 21" as if we didn't just say 31. Sandwich was awful, pretzel footlong was salty, awful service.

Staff is the worse!!! They are sooo lazy. Sorry for my comment, but these girls didn't have any veggies out. Most of the containers were empty and they speak lame. Love the Subway on Valley View and Lincoln.

This was my first time here I have my coupon for $10 foot long meal combo for my daughter and we ate at home and the employees didn’t even smile not friendly whatsoever and they didn’t give our sandwich with CHEESE ??I should’ve made our sandwich more complete and satisfying. I’m never going back here. Poor management , poor customer service and poor quality service.

As a former manager of two Subways, it bugs me if they build one sandwich at a time. We made meat setups. I can put out at least 10 - 1 sandwiches over now.We did usually a $2000 lunch. Can't see it happening now.

Other People had already written about a Rude Male Employee. This is MY PERSONAL THINKING that he is not for Customer Service. This is a Reason he got the Worst Rating from Several Customers. It means AT LEAST MORE THAN TEN TO TWENTY TIMES OF CUSTOMERS have NEGATIVE RATING to him.

In my case, I prefer to visit a Shopping Complex Just located at Corner of Walker Street and Ball Road next to DQ & Subway. It tastes Very Good. Anyway, Employees are Good Attitude & Manner. It is a Big Difference for this Rude Attitude Guy.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant in June. I have not gone back since. I guess I suffered at the hands of the same guy that others have mentioned. He had a really really terrible attitude. Why does he even choose to work in the hospitality industry with that attitude? The owner/operator is equally disappointing — I filled out a complaint online (especially because I paid for a sandwich I did not have). My complaint was forwarded to him by Subway.This owner did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge my complaint. It is now 4 weeks later. Unprofessional does not even come close to describing this behavior.I repeat — the behavior of the guy who dealt with me, and consequently the store owner — has convinced me that the rot probably started from the top. Simply unbelievable.

I go to Subways a lot, but this subway was not a good experience, the Hispanic man that served me had a horrible attitude, it was like he hated his job. He was rude and very unprofessional to his customers. Even the people behind me were making comments. If I didn't have my kids I would said something to him. But I will never step foot in that subway again...
