Horrible. Ordered a flatbread sandwich and when I got home my bread snapped like potato chips. How can you seriously give me that old bread? not to mention the brown avocado. STOP BEING SO CHEAP!

Awful service, I waited for the gentleman in front of me who had five boys placed his order. This took about 5 to 10 minutes. As I am patiently waiting in line, another customer lines up behind me with another couple of kids. As I intend to place my order to be picked up later, no sandwiches that require being made right now. The gentleman tells me it'll be five minutes before he can help me? This is ridiculous, absolutely no sense of customer service. This is the closest subway to me, and I will never come back here. I will take my money somewhere where they value their customers.

Omg i totally blame my self for not checking Yelp before stopping here!!!As soon as I walked in i should have left!!! Nothing looked fresh here. The spinach was half bad already. I took a picture, but you can't see it on the picture.Employee here looked annoyed that we were there as well. I was just craving a sandwich last night and I didn't feel like going anywhere else. This place is close to home never again. My husband got diarrhea from eating here. Luckily we all ordered something different so we all didn't get sick.

I should have checked Yelp first. I didn't realize how many bad reviews this location has. Luckily, I live close enough to another location. I tried out using the app to make a pickup order. I didn't see the toast button option and instead asked my son's sub to be toasted in the special instructions section. When we picked up the sandwiched, the worker said that the sandwich wasn't toasted because there is an extra charge for roasting, and we didn't click the button. I asked if we can pay more now and they can toast the sub, but the worker said that it is not possible, and the only way we could have the sub toasted would be to order and pay for two more sandwiches. I felt like I was in the twilight zone; how can I just not pay an additional fee to have my son's sandwich toasted (he little and wont eat it if it's not toasted) We left. But, then I realized that this is insane and went back inside to implore them to take my money and toast my son's sub. When we came back there was another worker in the front, and the original worker now can suddenly toast our sub for an extra $1.59.The kicker is that when I got home and started eating my sub...I noticed that the toppings are wrong on my sandwich, WTF?!

I wish I could give negative stars! A absolutely terrible Subway location! It's always something! Of course went there last night and guess what! No meatballs!! I just left! Workers always have attitude too!

They gave me the soggiest sandwich that was greased up. I ordered chipotle as a condiment so there's no way that much grease or oil should be on the sandwich. This isn't the first time they have messed up my meal. Last time my boyfriend and I thought it was because we ordered near closing time and had bad luck that we got bad soggy sandwiches. I'm tired of them always messing up my specifications for my sandwich.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant in June. I have not gone back since. I guess I suffered at the hands of the same guy that others have mentioned. He had a really really terrible attitude. Why does he even choose to work in the hospitality industry with that attitude? The owner/operator is equally disappointing — I filled out a complaint online (especially because I paid for a sandwich I did not have). My complaint was forwarded to him by Subway.This owner did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge my complaint. It is now 4 weeks later. Unprofessional does not even come close to describing this behavior.I repeat — the behavior of the guy who dealt with me, and consequently the store owner — has convinced me that the rot probably started from the top. Simply unbelievable.

One of the Worst Subway Awards!!Other People had already written about a Rude Male Employee. This is MY PERSONAL THINKING that he is not for Customer Service. This is a Reason he got the Worst Rating from Several Customers. It means AT LEAST MORE THAN TEN TO TWENTY TIMES OF CUSTOMERS have NEGATIVE RATING to him.I like the Subway very much, however...In my case, I prefer to visit a Shopping Complex Just located at Corner of Walker Street and Ball Road next to DQ & Subway. It tastes Very Good. Anyway, Employees are Good Attitude & Manner. It is a Big Difference for this Rude Attitude Guy.

I go to Subways a lot, but this subway was not a good experience, the Hispanic man that served me had a horrible attitude, it was like he hated his job. He was rude and very unprofessional to his customers. Even the people behind me were making comments. If I didn't have my kids I would said something to him. But I will never step foot in that subway again...
