Placed order on app, they did not make the sandwiches correctly, ordered bottled drinks and they would not honor the order even though both the app and email showed Pepsi products were selected, not Coke. Wanted more money for bottles. Counter person implied I was dumb!

I recently visited this Subway location in need of an urgent restroom break. Despite being a loyal Subway customer, I was told that I could only use the restroom if I made a purchase that day.
Understanding their policy, finally I agreed to buy a bag of chips, but instead of serving me with basic courtesy, the staff rudely asked me to leave.
I was shocked by their complete lack of compassion and customer service. When I called 911 to understand my rights, the officer confirmed that the owner could refuse me access, but it's disheartening that a Subway franchise would treat its customers with such disrespect.
I strongly advise others to avoid this store. It’s unacceptable to treat customers so poorly, especially in emergency situations.
If you're looking for basic decency and respect, I suggest you find another Subway or restaurant where customers are valued.

The food is better here than two other Subways that are a little bit closer. Modestly furnished but comfortable enough for lunch. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I came here at 10am as the store hours is open at 10am on Sundays and they haven’t even come to open the store. I’ve been already waiting for 15 minutes. Who knows how much longer I’m going to have to wait. I called the store number and some guy picked up I told him I’ve been waiting outside the store and he says “no” and ends my call. This is extremely unprofessional and you should just close your business in my opinion if this is how you are going to treat your customers. Completely lack of care.

I am not one to write reviews usually, but I was so impressed with the service at this location that I had to share. I have never been to any franchise store before where I felt so cared for as a customer and such professionalism from the staff. Please support this business. This is exactly the kind of place we need to prop up in our communities. Whoever owns/manages this location obviously cared about what they are doing!

Disgusting! I was just there less than 5min waiting in line and one of the workers didn't have her mask on just had it under her chin. She was sniffling and let out a huge sneeze! With the knife in her hand. Disgusting!
