Don't go to this location unless you want to be treated like a criminal. Shalu? Told me and my son to "please keep the restroom clean" as she unlocked it for us. Was that really necessary? Management really needs to teach their workers good customer service. Horrible service. Would never go to this location ever again.

The food is better here than two other Subways that are a little bit closer. Modestly furnished but comfortable enough for lunch. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I came here at 10am as the store hours is open at 10am on Sundays and they haven’t even come to open the store. I’ve been already waiting for 15 minutes. Who knows how much longer I’m going to have to wait. I called the store number and some guy picked up I told him I’ve been waiting outside the store and he says “no” and ends my call. This is extremely unprofessional and you should just close your business in my opinion if this is how you are going to treat your customers. Completely lack of care.

Even for a subway, this was the worst food experience I've had in a long time, if ever. I've never seen mold this bad on the bread. Don't eat here.

Showed up at 9:30am for breakfast as the window sign said they opened at 9:30am on Sundays. Waited till 9:40am and was still closed. I guess I should check Yelp next time for accurate hours rather than the physical store.

We were looking for options to provide food for our Chamber Ribbon Cutting, so we really wanted to support a local business and decided to you one of the local Subways. We are so glad we did, and I will share with you why. We were able to get a variety of sandwich and wrap options including a vegan option. Along with many side delights to add to the already packed sandwiches. The owner Hema along with her staff really treated us with a great deal of professionalism and concern to make sure we didn't over order, and provided us with favorites that her customers seem to purchase the most. I am a firm believer in trusting the expert. We placed our order on Monday for a Wednesday morning pickup. Hema called me to let me know our order was ready for pickup, when we arrived they immediately brought everything out packaged and bagged up which made it easy to transport to my car. They even assisted me in doing so. Once we got to our offices and proceeded to put everything out, it was so nicely labeled...WOW! Okay now that you know the logistics of placing a large catering order here is the best part. Our guest were so excited we were serving Subway once I put the food out they immediately flicked to the food and begin to eat. Everyone including my son, wife and I loved how fresh each and every sandwich and wrap were. We ordered a couple of dozen cookies as well. They were equally as delicious. I wanted to share pics of the setup before our guest got to the food but unfortunately I moved too slow. I did manage to snag one pic. I definitely recommend this Subway if you are looking for a bite to eat or planning something much bigger like us. Thanks to Hema and her staff we will definitely be using them again!!!

I am not one to write reviews usually, but I was so impressed with the service at this location that I had to share. I have never been to any franchise store before where I felt so cared for as a customer and such professionalism from the staff. Please support this business. This is exactly the kind of place we need to prop up in our communities. Whoever owns/manages this location obviously cared about what they are doing!
Nothing like walking in to order and they say they're closed before the sign says they are. 15 minutes early at 4:45pm when the sign says 5:00pm. Awesome. Won't be back. There are three Subways in Cypress. Way to treat customers.

Disgusting! I was just there less than 5min waiting in line and one of the workers didn't have her mask on just had it under her chin. She was sniffling and let out a huge sneeze! With the knife in her hand. Disgusting!

I've been to this Subway a few times n I love their sandwiches. Especially Tuna sandwich with American cheese roasted, spinach, jalapenos, peppers, salt ,pepper, honey mustard, n sweet onion! It's da best sandwich!

They close at 5pm, lazy people working here close whenever they want. Wont be back. Fyi, fire the girl working tonight, 11/14 for telling us to get out because she was closed at 415pm.
