I was trying to order lunch for my office online since this location has a BOGO free special for the foot long sandwiches online. When the app and website wasn't working for the transaction, I went in to the store to ask if they'd honor the discount (I even brought in my phone to show it wasn't working for me). When I explained the situation to the manger, all I got was a "I don't work for the app" and "other orders are coming in". If their attitude as nicer I don't think I would have been a upset. I was told there was nothing they could do in store (which I know isn't true as other locations have made it work when in store coupons weren't working in the past).I ended up going to another location down the street to place my order. That location doesn't offer the online special, but I was okay paying full price there at that point.

the male employee on weekdays here who makes the sandwich really fast is rude in his body language and behavior, I just bought a sandwich and he argued with me for 2 extra tomatoes slices. I put a bag of chip on plastic bag and he pushed it back in a very rude manner. Customer don't expect to be treated that way. I see similar comments below on some employee here. Probably the same one. This guy ruins the day.The lady worker is sweet and polite, every time I go here I hope he's not the one making my sub. Today was the last day at this location.

As with all Subways, this one is no exception. The location is clean, the employees are attentive and friendly. Menu selections are the same. Order on the app and the food is always ready for pick up.

The male server in the store was so rude last friday afternoon. He deserve no star for how he treated his customer. First thing I came in I was still looking on the menu on what to order he seems already looking at me to hurry up with the tone of his voice...I mean I have two kids and a grandma with me that I need to consider what they want...come on! You should give a little consideration...the way you threw that bread on the toaster and all the stuffs you were doing to prepare our order you almost breaking! everything...then the worst thing you said to us..."Hurry up guys!"...(we were the only customers in store,no line,we were wearing our masks and both adult were vaccinated) SO WHY WERE YOU SO IN A HURRY!!?? I asked you nicely why and you did'nt answered back..you have no patience disrespectful very awful attitude! Don't work in there if you don't like your job, others deserve it. I will never go to this branch anymore. This never happened to me before you did.. Worst customer service SUBWAY!

if you are planning to use the app coupon(such as buy one get one free)don't even try to go there. they will either come up with excuse like internet is down or machine not working to refuse your order.

went to this subway on my lunch break. The woman helping me was very kind and sweet. You know when you would come back from playing outside and your grandma made you a sandwich? that's the energy she gives. also the veggies and sandwich choices were very nicely organized, i was impressed. she also didnt put to much bbq sauce on my bread like other subways i go to in lakewood.
