We went to the Cypress Super Mex tonight only to find out they closed their doors three days ago on June 14, 2022. We are sad and will miss their great food and service.

Mix up with our order. Manager was happy to remake our order for next time. They actually called back and had the correct order delivered to us instead. That was going above and beyond. Appreciate it so much. We were starving and We had to get back to our home office for some long meetings and this was great service. Thank you again for the great service and food!!!!!

If I could give this business less than one star I would I was just denied service because I am a veteran have three bullet holes in my back and have a service dog and they would not allow me to order with my dog. Please support veterans and do not eat here

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I were trying to find something new around the area. We saw the menu and I decided to order some chilaquiles. My husband goes to the take out place and asks the lady for 2 orders of chilaquiles. The lady is literally looking at my husband up and down with a bad face and said "we don't serve chilaquiles here." Then what do they serve? in the menu they clearly have chilaquiles advertised. This restaurant is a joke. Worse customer service, never coming back again !!!!

The old lady in the front has a terrible attitude. Stand there to pick up my order and she's just staring down. 2 minutes later she looks up with disgust and doesn't even say a word as I tell her I'm picking up my order she wants to not even get the name of my order out of my mouth and mumble t"nothings ready" as she's turning around and walking away. I wonder how miserable the cook were that made my food. I'll pass and get good food from anywhere else

Three orders in a row and items missing, Important items like 16 Oz of salsa. What do we do with the large bag of chips? They refunded the amount for the slasa within 3-5 days. My guest went without salsa..

My husband and I went to the dine in location in Cypress for years Mostly because the take out customer service was poor and quality of food poor. We stopped going two years ago. Because with the last and final Order of two Super Mex burritos, got home and there was no meat inside. And the bean and cheese burrito was the size of a deck of cards. Called and asked to speak to manager. He said he would refund me the money but never did.

The people that work here are extremely rude. The cashier Susan is kicking everyone out of the resturaunt making people wait outside. I asked why and she said because of covid nobody in Orange County can come into any bldg. I told the lady covid is over and been done with and she shouldn't be treating people like that. Management needs to update Susan on whats going on. Plus this place take forever for your food. They only have 2 cooks trying to make 37 online orders plus walk ins. This place cannot handle volume at all.

We bought green burrito and steak quesadilla, we paid lot of money for that horrible food, taste is so bad and the meat quality is poor, don’t waist your money in this food. I don’t recommend this Mexican place.Armando

In the past I have enjoyed Supermex take out and sit down in Cypress. The Cypress location has has declined rapidly over the last year. The Cypress location is now limited to take out only. Unfortunately the customer service/ staff is extremely poor and does not seem to want repeat business . When Ive called in each order, it has been wrong multiple times. Unfortunately I've paid for the food that I received, but did not order it. (Is this a scam?)....It happens a lot. In addition to the inability to take correct phone orders, the employee often seems bothered and annoyed. Save your customers and make the corrections needed. READ THE REVIEW OWNERS!!!

My wife and I no longer go to this location anymore. We now drive farther away to the fountain valley location for better service. The employees make mistakes with our orders multiple times, forget to put napkins in, forget to put in salsa, forget to put in tortillas with our cocido order, etc. Stop hiring d*** people.

Food is ok, not great. Beans look and taste like canned retried beans. Carne asada taco was not good. I don't know how you mess up carne asada tacos. Generous portions but we won't even eat it. Way overpriced. I should have gone to rubios across the street and saved $7 and would have had better tasting food.
