Absolutely terrible now. Long lines, no cashiers and zero customer service. Never had a problem with beer from anywhere but bought a 6 pack of Kona Light bottles yesterday and the beer was absolutely bad... disgusting... shop here all the time, employees know me, etc... tried to exchange the bad beer because you know, beer isn't cheap... was told go pound sand... not their problem and they can't exchange it or refund it...complete BS... will just drive further to Stater Bros from now on...this location is terrible. I have noticed more and more people posting negative reviews on NextDoor and other apps as well. Guess the 3 stars and dropping fast on Yelp validates my points...

This grocery store always has everything I need including pet products! I like how clean and organized the store is. The employees are friendly and helpful!

I can't return this roast because I took it out of it's original packaging and froze it. I didn't realize how much fat was actually in this until I was prepping it to cook. Lesson learned. Ralph's do you really think selling this to your customers is the right thing to do? After removing all this fat, there was still a lot left.

The sushi is more consistently good than many restaurants, so I just come here instead. This isn't your average grocery store sushi. The poke bowls are my favorite.

Krystal is rude and has so much attitude. So don't be shocked if she gives you a dirty look or sighs ...

Good for Ralphs for hiring blind people. Very admirable. At least that's the only excuse I can think of for a cart attendant hitting my car in an empty parking lot. Skinny girl, possibly white/Latina, was wearing a hoodie. Yeah careful when she's around your vehicle, apparently even when your car is the only vehicle in the lot. Hey Ralphs maybe we need to introduce cart pushing safety classes and eye exams for employees huh? Absolutely ridiculous

The worker with the short red and black hair wearing a red Hawaiian shirt today at 11:20am, doesn't check ID for alcohol, she didn't have a name tag because she put it in her pocket after I called her out. I saw and heard her simply tell the guest , "u look 21". That's not policy , that's against the law actually. Learn how to hire cashiers who will do their job and not scan ID!

I've been coming here 1-2x a week since we bought our home down the street. Everyone has always been helpful when doing self check out by scanning any soda 12 packs or water on the bottom of the cart for me (they offer or if I ask they help me) and I always appreciate it because I have a bad back. The woman running self check out named Valerie was rude acting like a drill sergeant with the customers and when I asked if she could scan it for me, she said "no you can pick it up yourself" when I explained to her that I had a bad back and the people who work here help me by scanning it - she REFUSED to help. She said "no you can pick it up yourself. It's the same thing if I pick it up." She was so rude and unhelpful. I will not be returning here. I am going to start going to another grocery store. You lost a customer!

Not very happy! Again, another error with my child's birthday cake. It read Johnathan as supposed to Jonathan previously it's was Jonathon so this wasn't a first time mistake with this bakery. Not only was his name incorrect but after they attempted to fix it, it looks bad (see picture) and we requested cursive writing. This looks like a beginner project and something I could of probably done myself and saved the $35. I will not be going there again for cake unfortunately. The only thing offered was a $5 refund on my purchase.

so I came here to pick up some fried chicken because I was having a get together. I was gonna get some fried chicken and some baked chicken because some of my guests don't like fried chicken. when I seen their baked chicken, I was like wow I can't believe they still have this out here looking like this. it looks so dry and old. The fried chicken was OK I was gonna get eight pieces of fried chicken and eight pieces of baked chicken instead of getting the eight pieces of baked chicken. I wanted to get a total of 16 pieces of fried chicken the guy that was behind the counter told me I was not allowed to get 16 pieces and I was like what !!! I explain to him what I wanted, and he still told me that I could not get an additional eight pieces. I was pretty bummed out. he said I had to call ahead of time to order 16 pieces. lol to be honest with you The people behind the counter are just rude but I do have to say they do have a Starbucks inside this supermarket. That's the only thing I would stop and get now . they also need better training on what should be out there because a few of those items did not look safe to eat.

I was shopping here alot when i lived in Cypress. Ralphs get so many complaints and i have never had anyone give me any trouble ever here. Maybe not the best organized Ralphs since i was here last. I found few items in the isles all trampled upon a little bit. Other than that, Deli area has good food. Young lady at the counter was helpful. Yes, They do hire alot of young people that are a bit attitude as if they dont like or care for their job. Other than that, It was always my go to place.

I went In November 5 at about 6:45 am. I went to get my daughter a gift card, a balloon and flowers. I paid for the balloon and gift card at self checkout but the flowers wouldn't scan. I went to go grab a cupcake with everything in my hand but the cupcakes didn't look good so I went to pay for the flowers with a cashier. I explained to him that I paid for my stuff but I couldn't scan the flowers so just needed to pay for them and he said okay. Tell me why I go get a coffee at Starbucks and some lady comes up to me and says would you like to pay for your balloon or something like that. I was like what I paid for it would you like to see my receipt she goes yes. I show her both receipts and she's like you didn't pay for the ballon I said yes I did look. She's like oh okay. Are you kidding me what a moron to accuse me of stealing check the footage before you accuse me. I could of stole the flowers you nasty lady but I went to pay for them. I bought a 200 dollar gift card why would I steal a 10 dollar balloon for my daughter. Oh here you go daughter happy birthday I stole this balloon at Ralph's for you. If I really wanted to steal I wouldn't of stopped for coffee I would of ran . All I am saying is use your brain before you accuse me you ugly lady and still had the audacity to look at my receipt and continue to accuse me. So embarrassing if the cashier said nothing to me why would you. Do better.

Overall, I'd say I like this ralphs. It's clean, most of the workers are nice, and I can usually find what I need. The reason I don't give it five stars is because of the cart situation. I swear, there's never enough carts to fill the corrals, and I always have to walk a good distance inside the corral just to grab a cart. Please, ralphs, just order more carts. Also random rant incoming, but I'd like to point out some of the other reviews I've seen about this ralphs. A lot of them are one star, and most of them are people complaining about the staff. I know there's a few staff that are kinda mean, but what do you expect?? They're working retail and have to deal with stupid people. I'd be like that too if I had to deal with privileged, mean customers every day. Cut them some slack. It also makes me appreciate the workers who are always nice, making sure to create a positive environment even through their darkest days. Thank you ralphs employees, we appreciate you more than you might think! Also special shout-out to cindi and geno. Cindi was genuinely one of the best cashiers I've seen. Very nice, loved talking with me, and even pointed out some cool food ideas with the things I was buying. Geno in the produce section was awesome as well. He acknowledged my existence (which admittedly, not many workers do, lol) and made sure to say something like "if you have any questions, feel free to ask". That line alone made me feel great.

I bought a lottery scratcher from their lotto machine and it won $200. They refused to cash the ticket. There was no manager in the front of the store, and the "employee" refused to let me speak to the manager. He said they didnt have enough money to cash the ticket, and wouldn't let me talk to the manager about it. If they "didn't have enough money" to cash a $200 winning scratcher ticket, I feel sorry for the customers in the store trying to get cash back on their purchases. This employee has to be retrained, or a district manager above this store has to get involved. I shop at this store often, and I am sure it is just a zealous employee, not very bright who I dealt with. But this needs to be addressed. This happened on Sat Jan 30 at about 10:00 AM
