Less than 6 months ago, I saw a sign that advertised 'Happy Hour' drinks for a buck at TB.
Stopped in at this one and there was a paper sign pasted over the dollar with a hand-written $2 on it!
I asked the employee about it and he said it went up about 2 months ago.
I am NOT a TB fan but I had planned to order something to go along with my drink!
But I ABHOR the bait-and-switch tactics of these businesses, so I just bounced with nothing.
But I do like these establishments that have power outlets for a quick charge while eating!
But the few moments I was there, two outlets were overwhelmed with devices and no one was in the store.
As I left, a homeless man stopped me to beg for money; that's when I knew who all the charging gear belonged to:
Hey Taco Bell, tell these miscreants that they can go to a local library to get charged up --- not a restaurant!
Thank me later!

I placed a mobile order, the system did not take my order even though I was charged for it. Upon arriving staff said my order was not in the system even as it showed up on my app as in process. I asked the staff if they could make the food because I was charged already, they refused and said oh well and there’s nothing they could do.

I was going to spend money but the thing was to have when I ordered an avocado they said that there was no modifications and I understand that whenever something special you know you're trying to do something you know out normal then I understand but when you ask for light eyes or no eyes and they tell you who that you can't because there's no modifications to the drink that's really ridiculous.

A reminder to double check your orders. I used the kiosk to order a black bean crunchwrap supreme with all the custom options and I got a beef one. The staff quickly replaced it with the correct one with some added cinnamon twists and was pretty decent. The order was made during a slower period and this is my second time using the kiosk, I now know I can't trust it. I don't eat fast food often and I'll be eating less now.

Just tried to go to the location at 1130pm because online says they close at 12am and they said they were already closed.. at 1130pm.. on a Friday night. Update your hours online if you're going to close earlier every night. Remind me again why we're paying fast food workers $20.00 per hour to close early?? Don't waste your time trying to go here.

3rd time here now for takeout, each time, they’ve forgotten sauces that I ordered/paid extra for. First 2 times, the avocado salsa that comes with my chicken taco order is missing, 3rd time I bought extra avocado salsa, just in case, and was still missing a couple of the sauce along with my missing garlic ranch.

This used to be my favorite Taco Bell, but their crew has changed, replaced by a dour, lead guy. I tell them I ordered using the app, and they gave me a hard time confirming who I am. They act like belligerent kids. What happened to the old crew before?..they were the best and so professional. This new crew, they just hand you the food and you are met with complete silence. I won't be going here anymore and I deleted the app. I'm just one customer, anyway, and they have lots of people who like their food. Concerning the food, the burritos and tacos have gotten smaller. Goodbye, Taco Bell.

I ordered on the kiosk and there was like 1 family in there that ordered before me, I waited a little over 30 minutes for a single luxe box. And I had other experiences from this location where a DRINK order took 10 minutes (it was also empty) . They need better management and more employees because this is just absurd.

This is a bad place to go and eat plus they have the bad customer service ever. I got to the window
and to him that i had a mobile order and i told his that my app did not let me change my freezes bit i wanted to change it before they did then so he tells me to go to the window and i told him i have to make a nother order and he was like well just come to the window. The Manager refuses to change my freezes for the new Flavor freezes not even because I paid for them and I was talking to him and he closed the window I was still talking to him I will never go back to this place he was so Disrespectful not caring that I had my kids in my car they were listening to everything he was saying disappointing knowing there's people working and treating customers like this. Then i get home and my chips were all over the bag like if they did it cuz they were upset and one of my Crunchy taco Squished it was hard for my daughter to eat. I think if I pay for it I should get good customer service and get what i pay for plus eventhing here is so Expensive and to get treated like this is not good. And i ask him for is name and he did not wnat to give me his name.
