Good inexpensive food Luxe meal with large drink $ 7.65 w tax
NEGATIVE STARS ARE APPROPRIATE. I just went through the drive through at 6:41pm (cashier on receipt is named Rosa M but it was a young man who took my order in the drive thru and gave me my food at the window) getting some chips and cheese for my kids and chalupa and bean burrito for me. I came home and saw that they messed up my order. The chips were missing. I made the drive back to them and asked to speak to manager, asked for their name, they said they cannot give it to me due to “safety issues” I asked them to compensate and make it right. But he wouldn’t. He said what are you missing, even after giving him the receipt and explaining that I had to come back. He put on gloves and started to go through the food I brought back, instead of listening to me. I stopped him and told him to make me the food again and compensate for me. He refused. He said you just need chips, right? I said no, because you just went through the other food with your hand, so make it again (he did have gloves on but still) We use drive thru for convenience. It is the restaurant and employee responsibility to make sure they are giving us what we ordered. If they make a mistake, they should rectify it and not be argumentative with the customer. I am shocked by this unprofessionalism and the lack of humility in the face of making a mistake and putting it on the customer! I always use this Taco Bell and I am an avid Taco Bell customer BUT I am appalled and shocked by this situation and urge this location rectify the problem. Yes, he gave me the food but I had to jump through so many hoops to get there! I lost my time and money and mental peace dealing with such INCOMPETENCE and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. I expect someone to contact me and make this right; because the convenience we use the drive thru for was not there, the food was wrong, items were missing, and the behavior of the so called manager was abhorrent. This should have been rectified and I should have been given a refund and compensated for the fact that I had to go back to this place with my kids during dinner time and deal with this. I am willing to update my review, after I hear from you all.

This location is very clean and have nice staff there is also outside seating ☺️ I don't come to this location enough but when I do it's very clean not crazy ☺️
Clean area in a clean cute city and very clean restaurant. Food offerings are alright for a quick affordable snack with a variety of offerings including vegetarian options. An 8 oz. too warm and low quality coffee was $3 with no refills. That was disappointing.
Vegetarian options: Use the kiosk to order. At the top is a slider for vegetarian, which reloads a veggie menu.
Parking: Very plentiful. Nearby are a Target, Dollar Tree, and numerous other strip mall shops.
Kid-friendliness: Small but very clean, safe. Plenty of seating. No play area.
Very tasty for fast California Mexican food. Clean atmosphere. Ordered an online deal on the app so our lunch was a good value. $5.99 for a box with 3 items and a drink.

Awful drive-up experience! Communication with mumbling, disinterested, impatient agent at microphone! I'm unable to reach far out of my car window, but he actually drew BACK his arm/hand to hand me my card/order, with a scowl! No smile, no communication...nothing! He acted annoyed and impatient when I asked for a plastic bag, and took his time to comply! Was that necessary?? Tried to call for a Manager when I got home, but the store phone is conveniently out of order! Will probably not go back! (Food ordered was excellent, but certainly not worth the experience!)
