Been here a few times now.So far always good service and good food. I usually get the one with teriyaki and pineapple and for sure the wife gets the Sant Barbara!

The worst habit burger business I ever been to in my life tonight. First of all DO NOT order from the automated order machine. I order and paid before 3 customers who ordered with an employee AFTER ME and They will ignore your order and SERVE U LAST for using the automated kiosk. Received my order so late and my order was not prepared the way I ordered it. So manny people working at one place but nothing is getting done right

My boyfriend and I come to this specific location at least 2x a week, service is always good, food is always fresh, we like to order ahead so we don't have to wait, but we use to go to another location and the service was not good, this location is always on it , the food is always on time when we order through the app, and our food is always fresh! Thank you to the team in the store for your continuous great service!

I changed it from 1 star to 2 stars because they had good customer service and honestly tried to resolve my issue. Out food was bad & the order was messed up, but perhaps it was a fluke... I read through all the other reviews and it seems my experience was not typical. I decided to remove my previous comments as they were unnecessarily harsh.

They have a couple tasty options for vegetarians like me and my parents always enjoy their cheeseburgers. We order our fries on the more "well done" side and they are amazing. I'm glad I gave them a try on Doordash.Vegetarian options: They have an impossible burger and a veggie burger.
I ordered grilled chicken Caesar and bbq sauce on a side! Manager took my order but doesn't seem like she know what she's doing! Waited 20mins for just a salad. Called my order but they made a mistake gave me a bbq salad instead so I had to let them know. Cooked guy didn't like how I complain about a mistake order so he start saying shit! Other manager had to remake the salad but still made a mistake!! And gave me old lettuce. Never had a problem ordering at this location till last night was just horrible service. The fact that I even nice to wait just because of your employee mistake but yet still gave me a nasty salad and attitude.

I'm allergic to tomatoes so I'm soo glad you ruined our meal .Please do your self a favor and save the money and go to McDonald'sNot to mention they offer milk for kids that they pour out of some random container , this women put two separate milks in my daughter's cup . IT WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING THING EVER .

My wife and I have been going to this location for years but the past few months we've noticed a decline in quality and overall customer service. On a few occasions were missing items, it happens, we normally just write it off. This last visit drove me to write this review however. When we pulled out the fries a toothpick was sticking out of one fry. We thought it was odd, removed the pick and continued eating. My wife later bit into a fried green bean and discovered a toothpick had been inserted completely through the middle of it. We inspected the rest of the green beans and fries and found two more between them. To add to this frustration, I called the location about this, hoping to inform them of this and was told to take it up with corporate. This whole thing tracks like a worker pulling some kind of prank or joke, but hiding toothpicks in food can be pretty dangerous. We have no idea how they got there, and if it was a mistake, it makes me wonder how that could even happen by accident. We were already on the fence about going back to this location, but this is gonna be the last straw for us.

Food was ok but not great. Staff said they didn't have fresh onions , but had fresh grilled onions. If you don't have fresh onions than how do you have fresh grilled onions. Must be a day old. Pepper Station was filthy with spoiled old peppers with a long hair drug across the whole thing. After all , my sandwich came out with chicken and cheese only. Not a great experience, seems like every place starts off good , than falls shortly after due to lack of care and no passion in management positions.
